i really like how this feels like an expertly blended mix of 2000s emo rock and 2010s rap music, a blend of older elements many of us probably grew up with and newer elements we recently witnessed rise into popularity. a great throwback to things in the past that were great while also moving forward with the evolution of music.
Finally someone sees that this type of music is an evolution, I’ve seen so many comments saying “this isn’t rock”. But in reality it is, it’s just evolved into something newer and a different style.

I'm 39, and was lucky to tour around in a pop punk band for years (into my 30's before realizing I was getting old and needed to hang it up.) I'm thrilled to see the genre is alive an well! These Gen Z rappers are showing the gatekeepers how it's supposed to be done - keep it up.
