I’ve had minor results so far, but felt IMMEDIATE relief after doing your sequence. I’ve now been doing it daily for a week and my foot pain is almost completely gone! Thanks Joelle, I'm runner and planter fasciitis eventually 'caught up with me' This video got me through and back to running deloaded within 6 - 8 weeks. I still run through a few of these stretches regularly.
I've been dealing with a flare-up (bad enough that I struggle to walk and have to slide down my stairs in the morning so I don't fall) for over 4 months now and the only doctor I can afford won't do anything to treat it but tell me to lose weight. This definitely didn't cure the problem, but for the first time in months I feel like I can safely go down a flight of stairs. I'm hoping this will be one of those videos I can add to my nightly stretching so that, here in a week or two, I feel like I'm actually healing. Thanks for being the only person in 4 months of searching whose video did anything for me 👍
I'm glad I found this video, I have really bad plantar fasciitis in my left heel at this time, and it's been so bad where I am limping and then can't get out of bed without it hurting. The doctor won't give me a cortisone shot like they used to to take care of all my other sports pain, I'm glad I can take care of this on my own like all my other inquiries, aches and pains. I love your videos.
@@YogawithJoelle I'll be practicing with this one and the one for the hips too. I'm trying to prepare for jogging. I do alot of repetitive walking so that is where the bursitis hips come in. Your videos are a lifesaver. Thank you 🙏❤

Ive been walking the convention floor at Las Vegas, easily 20k+ steps! Doing this practice everyday seems to help manage my plantar fasciitis! Thanks Joelle!! And advance congrats for 99!!!! One more!

I don't have plantar fasciitis but the arches of my feet have been aching the last month or so after extending my long runs. This sequence and your foot pain video have given some relief, hopefully helping with recovery

Ive been suffering from planter fasaciitis for months, started from over bicycling, been doing acupuncture once a week but I feel my issues are farther up stream, thanks for your advice, I'm open to any suggestions ❤,,,,, i will try this exercise 😊, and report back 😊
