Challenger 775E Ploughing With Our 10 Furrow Plough

- This video features the CAT Challenger 775E ploughing with the Kverneland 10 furrow wagon plough. We are ploughing a stubble field that has been left over winter and are preparing it for sowing spring barley seed.
We tried to get close to the furrows so you can see the soil being turned over. It was a windy day when we were filming this video so it was quite tricky.
Warter Priory is a world class farming operation set in the heart of East Yorkshire amidst 12,000 acres. At Warter, we pride ourselves on our reputation for quality and efficient farming. The main crops we focus on growing are wheat, barley and oilseed rape. We also grow peas in partnership with Birds Eye and some of our land is used for growing potatoes.
The music used in this video is Tenderness by Dan Phillipson.
Been waiting for a new video for 7 months thank god you glorious bastards
The wait is over... and we wont make you wait as long for the next one!!
Yes you have!
Warter Priory Estate been more than a year 😂 come back!!!!
Wow I thought that you were never going to make a new video.
Nice video Warter Priory Estate.
Thank you Dominic!
Hi, don't you use no-till farming in your farm? About 90% of farm operations here in Argentina are made that way
Been waiting for a new video! Nice to see it here finally!
Thanks!
Location
Great video! Hopefully we won't have to wait 7 months for the next one.
Thanks! We wont make you wait that long again - we are already working on the next one!
Great Video, it's been a while nice to see a video from you guys again
Which field is this. I worked in Unit 1, 1979-80 as a student?
Hello, water priory someone had used one of your videos!! I just thought I would let you know!!!
Thanks
Just look at that its like cutting through cheese, what a beast.
Great vid as usual, that Challenger with the weight block does look well. Thanks
Thanks. Yes, it looks great. The weight block is from AgriWeld. Check them out!
Good to see you back. Lovely bit of soil you have, won't need much work to get a seed bed.
Thank you! We are very lucky with the soil here
It's about time!!! Great video!!!!!Should be a Fendt though!!!!
Thanks!
Nice Name Fendt is the best.
thats nice soil the plow goes thought it nice.
Great shots and great movie.

What is the location of this video
The field appears to have some sandy patches. What's the overall soil type? Sandy loam, I guess? Wouldn't even need a rotary harrow in front of the drill to make a seed bed, as it's already prepared and packed nicely by your plough and packer.
Have you considered min till with an aggressive cultivator. the soil appears loamy.
Good flying in those winds - nice views of the rapid ploughing with all that power. But . . . what about the romance of old dobbin and the walk-behind farmer, singing softly to himself as he "plows forty furrows a day".
I was born at Fridaythorpe but farm in France. Your video's make me home sick for the wolds! They are fantastic, keep them coming! Robert Rogers
Excellent video - equal marks to Tractor operator and Drone pilot. Both very professional. What sort of ploughing speed or hectares/hour can you achieve?
Hello I'm from Germany and it is such a difference between Germany and Amnerike I find it really crass and really cool movies
Ground appears to be so sandy that other tillage equipment could be more productive. My take anyway.
Would love to visit the estate n have a look at all the machinery etc. I think a lad i know still works for you. we worked @ bramham park years ago.
Nice video, it's great to see you back with new beautiful videos 👍🏻 greetings from France 😉
Moonen Agriculture

Good to see a new video. Thought you were all ploughed under. LOL

As always, a cool movie, tell me how you can get a job there on such a farm
Great footage....there is hardly a pebble in that soil!
crap music.

Qual a velocidade de trabalho? Quais as medidas do implemento? Belo vídeo!

Love the video... please make another one soon!!
Fine Presentation my friend. Well done!
Why are'nt there any more videos>
Wow You guys are already out there working, ehh, i barely made it to spread fertilizer on some of the drier fields, no way i could work the ground, it's just too damn wet! Great vid as always!!!
Thanks! We are lucky here - the ground dries up really quickly due to us being on chalky land
Still waiting for new videos!!!
Great video as per usual. Nice to see yous back after the winter will be waiting for many more good videos to come.
Thanks! Loads more to come :-)
Hi, I'm from brasil, i'am a farmer too...learning to make videos with my drone with your channel. Awesome videos!
Thanks!
Kverneland is as far as I know from Norway, do they even have any own fields in Norway that can use this 10 furrow plough on?!
They must do a lot of product testing elsewhere...?
tsint they can still test ploughs in smaller fields
like most people, finally yer back, was getting a bit worried, i suppose i'll never get my wish, lose the music and lets hear the real sound of pure horse power
We will try to integrate it. The difficult thing is the drone doesn't film sound... and if it did, you would just hear propeller noise. We would need to record the sound separately and mix it in. By no means difficult... just a bit more time consuming! Will see what we can do!
Great Video definetly worth the wait
Thank you! Although we wont make you wait as long for the next one... promise!
Warter Priory Estate haha look forward to the next one. Keep up the good work
Wow nice!!
Thanks
Do you know own a 775E and is there going to be a harvest 2016 vid? And awsome vid
This 775E is ours. Unfortunately we didn't get enough footage this harvest, due to being snowed under with other projects. We'll keep filming the spring cultivations, spraying etc and make sure we do a really good harvest 17 video
Thank you for sharing your amazing video with us, with amazing music and great video shooting

Thank goodness been waiting a long time for this, any chance of a quick peek of the new grain setup sometime.
Thanks John! I have been thinking about how to film this... I think the only way will be on Harvest 2017, showing tractors tipping into the pit and the grain flowing through the plant. Leave it with me ;-)
