- After a really wet winter with record rainfall we are finally able to get back onto the land and do some ploughing. In this video our Case Quadtrac 540 CVX is pulling our Kverneland 10 Furrow Plough.
Warter Priory is a world class farming operation set in the heart of East Yorkshire amidst 12,000 acres. At Warter, we pride ourselves on our reputation for quality and efficient farming. The main crops we focus on growing are wheat, barley and oilseed rape. We also grow peas in partnership with Birds Eye and some of our land is used for growing potatoes.

Thank you Richard!
That's a real acre eater set up 💪💪
Definitely!!
I think just looking at your headland tells me enough about how wet it’s been. Will see you in the near future on a promised day out shooting some of your ground.well 20/21 season 👍🏻👍🏻
Not as wet as some parts of the country... but very wet for us. Looking forward to having you here sometime!
Excellent video, stunning drone shots!
Thank you very much! Got a bit close to the ground on a few occasions but made for some interesting shots!
@@WarterPrioryEstate had to question it was a drone you were that close, Red zone flying at its best 👍
@@ArchersView You will have to start getting in closer life in the red is the only place to be!!!!
fantastioc gear and video
Super
Thanks!
@@WarterPrioryEstate we heartily thank you
It's very good to see you back! New drone? The picture quality is excellent.
Thank you! Nope, same drone... the Mavic 2 Pro. Agreed, the picture quality is really good. The light was a little low which made some colours a bit off in this video. Everything you see is spliced together but with no colour correction, cropping or anything... just as shot from camera.
Nice video! Wish you were a bit closer to me. I’d love to photograph you at work!!
Thank you :-)
Oh how I’ve waited
The wait is over Paul :-)
Warter Priory Estate I know I’m being greedy now but any harvest videos from last year coming up
Afraid not... we had some machinery here that we couldn't film so we didn't get the drone out over harvest. We'll make sure we do this summer though! And we have plenty of Spring cultivations and drilling before that!
Warter Priory Estate champion 👌
@@WarterPrioryEstate Now you have got us all asking what you had in them fields of yours ???
We are all looking for a rundown on all the machinery you run right now and what they are doing. Just does as the Anericans, give us a little comment on all UA-cam films
Maybe we will put this into a video sometime!
Still a bit wet for us to start in Sutton on Derwent !!
It will still be too wet in a lot of places!
Warter Priory Estate Haven’t finished last years potato harvest yet 🙈
Is there anyone in the cab , if so why are they sat on the floor?
Do you guys do any no till / cover crop/ direct drill on any of those 12000 acres?
We plant a lot of over winter cover crops
ohh man, why we have to waiting so long for your movies ? :(
We've been busy with other projects and filming has taken a back seat. Aiming to change that in 2020. We will be filming lots more!
Can we get a video of the fleet of machines for 2020????
It takes quite a bit of setting up... but we may be able to do something in the future
