For endometriosis there are good progesterone creams, and one of the best ways of increasing progesterone levels is through the skin on your fatty body areas, such as your thighs, tummy and cheeks on the face. Good plant source is organic Peruvian Maca powder/Golden Maca (organic, raw, belogs to superfoods), which should be taken for quite a long time, at least for 10 months for sustained results, but my 25-year-old student had an almost instant improvement of her condition after only a week or two - the pain vanished and other symptoms subsided considerably. Also, do the hormone lab tests for estrogen and progesterone before and after. Avoid foods that boost your estrogen levels sich as dairy products, coffee, etc., avoid many cosmetics with chemicals, and research this topic well, to learn about recommended foods and what to avoid. Anything that goes into your body or on your skin can help or worsen this condition. Hope this helps ❤
