Interesting movie with an uncommon theme (blind thieves)....also I was eagerly anticipating Fred Williamson's appearance. I must say, the short time he appeared was memorable. I wouldn't mind seeing an updated version of this movie either... #randomthoughts
Any movie starring Fred Williamson, even for 10 minutes, is a must-see for me. He is without a doubt one of the most beautiful men I have ever seen. I wish all the best to him and his loved ones. :).
I love Fred Williamson!!! This is part.of the Jesse Crowder movies. A sexy badass. Bachelors in architecture. Pro football player, a 5th degree blackbelt in 3 fighting style, 1st black commentator for Monday Night Football.....i could go on and on. Thanks for the uploadv
I'm 32 years old I started watching these movies a while back because I got bored with watching other things on UA-cam and these movies are pretty good.
@TEUFEL HUNDEN 1775 In the ABC Sports: Rise and Fall of Network Sports Television book, it states after he retired in sports he earned a master's degree in architecture.
Fred Williamson has black belts in Kenpo, Shotokan Karate and Taekwondo. This was a good movie, wish Fred Williamson had a bigger screen role in movie.
It´s amazing how I´m randomly discovering these older black movies from the 1970s. I got the Blaxploitation movie book by Josiah Howard a little while back. Before my dad passed away last May, he had a blast looking through it with me. He was a big cinema fan, and I got it from him.
i saw this in the movies was playing with dual of the iron fist very classic this should have a remake . i am very happy to see it again thank you for posting ...also great channel..and they call me wilbur...
It says Fred Williamson in the title and he does make a late appearance by which I mean late. This is a very low budget heist film with an unusual premise but despite the low quality I did find myself watching it if only to critique some of the more irrational parts of the plot.
Fred Williamson comes in at the 109:40 mark. Hollywood must of run out of material blind men robbing a bank 🏦.This reminds me a movie called The Doberman gang were dogs Rob the bank.
Lol!! I remember that movie, those dogs wuz duh shyt!! It's been a very long time since I saw that movie, I wonder if it's on the tube..Gotta try to find now since you mentioned it..Yezzzzz!!
Same here. The guys from the New Beverly and the Pure Cinema podcast also repeatedly sing it’s praises. I guess they can all justify their hype because they’ve had the benefit of seeing it on the big screen with an audience hootin’ and hollerin’, which really changes the whole experience. The acting, dialogue, and dubbing is so absurdly bad, that it really is a pretty fun watch though…
These movies we're very insightful and inspiring to me they were important in helping me get on track and by on track I mean I began to think that the white man was minimizing the efforts of you and I because they were really afraid to give fair shake's because they knew that the only that was being served at the dinner table for them was CROW! THEY COULD NEVER BE US AND THEY KNOW IT. RECESSIVE, DEPRESSIVE, AND HOPELESSLY DIM- WITTED, SUBJECT TO HAVE THE ITCH IRONBOARD BACKSIDE WHITE CAVE DWELLING SNITCH.
@King ZERO There's More Black men marrying and cohabitating with white women than Black women marrying and cohabitating with white men. You're either telling a LIE or just ignorant of the FACTS 💯
These films taught me that low budget revenge-type films could be poorly acted but still have a great sense of humor and be highly entertaining, even while embracing racial stereotypes without passing judgment, specifically without attributing good and evil with one race or another. You could benefit from a few of those lessons in truth.
No Blind Fury was totally based on Zatoichi. I don’t know how many people even know of this movie. I only discovered due to the Tarantino/ Avery podcast Video Archives. But this was a great film. Try One-Armed Executioner. Good 35mm Print on UA-cam.!
I sure hope there was nobody in that plane they crashed into. Why was there gasoline in that tanker truck anyway? And that attempted rape sure came out of nowhere and went nowhere. I don't know why they even included it in the movie. The theme music reminded me of "The Windmills of Your Mind" from The Thomas Crown Affair, another heist flick. And apparently, Fred Williamson doesn't take his cigar out even when he's running after a suspect. You'd think that would slow him down, since he's not getting as much oxygen. Ah well, he's the Hammer, not an ordinary mortal. He also does a nice Bruce Lee impression at the end. Note: when you're trying to build tension and suspense at the climax of your movie, it's probably best not to have a character utter the line, "It's going down at the International House of Pancakes." That had me laughing my ass off, which I'm pretty sure was not the filmmakers' intent.
I’m a fan of Fred Williamson but this movie is ridiculous, with so many silly scenes, gangsters give blind men money in stacks, could be one dollar notes.. , endless silly comments that don’t make sense
He had played for the Kansas City Chiefs, Los Angeles/Oakland Raiders which is now the Las Vegas Raiders, and last but not least the Pittsburgh Steelers.
I thought it was a Fred Williamson movie but he's only in it for the last 10 minutes. It's a leo Fong movie. I don't mind Leo Fong though. Entertaining movie.
eye feel the later 70's films were more $$$ driven therefore actually becoming of more exploitive narritives especially of black men becoming more buffoonish and less heroic..im sorry but the acting in this makes films like Dolemite seem academy award winning..
THIS MOVIE IS SPECTACULAR. I showed my this to my Mom(in her 60’s) and she was FLOORED. Highly recommend
Love this Film. 2 of my favorites are in it, The Hammer & Leo Fong. Loved the plot, the fight scenes & the music.
Videos Archives (Avary and Quentim) sent me here
I went back on movies I haven't seen from the pod and ended up here. I haven't laughed so hard in a movie for a while, that was awesome!
Saw this as a double feature at the New Beverly (with The One Armed Executioner). It was glorious.
Also brought here by Video Archives pod. The beginning of this movie (song, font, etc. ) almost felt like the intro to a Tarantino movie.
there are literally dozen of us
Same 😂

The part where the people died in the gas ⛽️ truck was brutal they really paid the price for their criminal behavior.
The movie was really good then when Fred enters he shows you why he's the Hammer.

Fred Williamson has master's degree in architecture engineering.
A player for the winner of Super Bowl IV pfour]. The Kansas City Chiefs 1969
@TEUFEL HUNDEN 1775 In the ABC Sports: Rise and Fall of Network Sports Television book, it states after he retired in sports he earned a master's degree in architecture.

In his interviews too. But he never actually lights them...

Fred Williamson has black belts in Kenpo, Shotokan Karate and Taekwondo. This was a good movie, wish Fred Williamson had a bigger screen role in movie.
After this he had anither movue Jean Johnny Barrows.
The character he plays in this movie is from another movie.
Kudos to our Philippine actors Charlie Davao (RIP) and Tony Ferrer (RIP).

Hollywood? Ain't this a foreign film?
Looks to me like big Fred remade oceans 11 oriental style
Incredible the blind magician 🎩
Quentin, Roger and Gala led me here. After watching, I can say I'm not as enthusiastic as they all were. But it's an amusing distraction.
Same here. The guys from the New Beverly and the Pure Cinema podcast also repeatedly sing it’s praises. First time watching this doesn't catch attention when is fred showing his fine self
Last 10 minutes when he beats the guy up on top of ihop
this movie rules
What is Fred holding at the end? I can't figure it out.
Don't See Fred Williamson In The Movie At All. Is He directing It?
The cinematography looks mad primitive even for 1978!
I like the start music
It reminded me of "The Windmills of Your Mind" from The Thomas Crown Affair, another heist flick.
Could you make this available without your watermark?
"Happy New Year!"
Tres bon film que j’ai en vie regarder
Damn that bank robbery didn't work out good at all 🇯🇲🇺🇸😤😭
In 2002 Indian Movie Called "Ankhen" ( means Eyes 👀) was made and Looks like Blind Rage was their direct Inspiration.

Love what ya do ReelBlack - but Fred Williamson isn't in this film.
Did u read the description, sir?
I stand corrected; although the title is VERY misleading.
Yes Fred Williamson is in the movie close to the end

Instead of coming to the bank inconspicuously...they have several vehicles, all with sirens blaring!!
what movie? all i saw was ads
youtube is going a little crazy. they demonetize then put ads wherever they want. its not in our control.
Technology has changed a great deal but the anxiety was tremendous in this movie.
Not bad of a movie right now
Did anybody else notice that Ferrari GTO. Can someone tell me the year
