most of those saw guides 😊😊 had a peace ✌😊 of oak wood in them and U adjust them 2 they are snug and the saw blade is true and straight U don't want 2 be heating the saw blade up it will flopping then it will have 2 cool off and most Sawyers like the lead way 2 be a 1/4 of a inch 😊😊 OMG 5 9 2O24

Yea this guide has some kind of hard graphite material. I may just do that and try oak. Thanks for watching and commenting
