This video calmed me and inspired me. I am from Germany but I have been to Big Sure in 2016 with my mom and I wish I had the chance to spend more time there. It's just amazing and it makes you forgot about the materialistic bullshit and makes you focus on whats really important - health, nature, being.
For some WEIRD reason this video makes me feel really calm and positive, I found Elenas channel from this video and I’ve watched it like 100 times cause it’s so amazing :) and elenas life has changed so much in a year xo

omg I understand what you mean about being able to breath because I was just there for winter break and it was the best thing I have done all my time in Cali and seeing what more there is instead of seeing buildings and roads but those cliffs were hella scary especially the corners like girl I know how you feel and honestly watching this just makes me wanna go back and hike and see everything there that I didn't get a chance to see but love your travel videos!!

Hi Elena! I'm usually a silent fan but I just had to ask about how you got to Big Sur! I know it's had road closures, so did you guys have to take the alternate route that goes away from the coast, or has Highway 1 finally opened up?
Clare Dooley it would be nice if she( Elena Taber ) replied to comments like these with questions about the park. It would be really helpful for future travelers.
The road is open til you hit gorda ...which is about an hour and 45 min of breathtaking and incredible views. You’ll see all the beauty which Mother Nature display. Numerous of quick and stunning hikes to catch waterfalls, creeks, redwoods, and of course...... the view of the Pacific Ocean. This place is worth every breathe and each moment just gets more majestic.
