Charm/Cool Up can both be used on the same player regardless of gender now (gender-locked moves aren't a thing anymore in general, luckily) I ran both of them on my Despina and it's... obviously not as good as other builds but it's fun nonetheless
If I may suggest, perhaps since you have Tezcat Miximaxed with Arion, you could replace Arion's Totem with Arch-Pegasus so that way Tezcat has another shooting spirit you can bring out?
Put spirit economy on semion so he can do 2 shots, he just need one spirit big moves to score and at least 400 kick stat. And u have fusions on spirits that reset sfp
