So for those wondering the dominant 7 note is just a flattened 7th scale degree, for the C chord example, it’s B flat. 11th fret B string

I have a BB King songbook and it has this song in the key of G (G7)
G7, C7, D7 progression. Actually, all the songs in the book are in different keys from the UA-cam tutorials. The book is © Songs of Lucille Inc. I'm really confused. 🤔 How should I learn these songs? Scrap the book and learn the tutorials, or transpose all the lessons to the key in the book, or something else? I was so excited to receive this music, but now I'm a bit disappointed because it looks like it is going to complicate rather than simplify having the sheet music. Please give me a clue as to what I should do in order to get some benefit from the book.
