LOVEBITES = The most talented band on earth.
The singer, Asami, has a ballet background. She then became a R&B singer. She had never done heavy metal until she was asked to join LOVEBITES back in 2016, I think.

Haruna will probably never go solo.
Their shows sometimes last 2 hours, with several hits that have a tempo of between 160 and 200 BPM. All the members of this group already give more than their 100% at each show.
They are amazing... For example, 11 shows in 13 days in their last UK tour = Supernatural. 😳

You reacted to both versions of my favorite song ever, by my favorite band ever. With 50+ years of listening to metal behind me, that's how lofty this song and band is to me.
Breathtaking for sure. Here's how I feel about each member:
Miyako is my favorite musician ever. Virtuoso level at piano, guitar, and composing. She can shred, but she can also show great emotion (Swan Song w/Chopin intro highlights it all).
Midori is a straight-up a melodic shredder. She is so efficient on the fret, doing much more side to side than up and down.
Together, I honestly feel they are the greatest dual leads ever.
Fami is a technical wizard, and she's only 21. The solo section in this song is a trio solo run, not just M & M, as Fami's bass lines are just plain sick.
Haruna is one of my 3 all-time favorite drummers, Martin Lopez (ex-Opeth) and Dave Lombardo (Grip Inc/Slayer) are the other two. I have never listened to a drummer with more skill at cymbals/bells/china than Haruna. And, as fast as she plays, she adds in a ton of little changeups in every song and does great fills.
Asami is the most unmetal metal female lead ever, and it's perfection. Her stage presence is off the charts. She commands the crowd. She flows on stage. Her vocal style is so different from the intensely fast music behind her, yet it all fits like a glove.
I can not think of another band with such a high level of talent across the board. There is literally no weak link, none.
This is my favorite reaction on UA-cam I've seen to date. Biased being my favorite song, but a bonus was that each song was played through. Great job!

As for the song on the set list 11th song of 16 tracks and the star cymbals are Haruna’s signature, as for the reason why they exist she had a few cymbals that were broken so she had them cut into stars (she has 5 in total) each one represents each member of the band

She had never listened to metal music at all, which she says was "music from another dimension.

Kinda orgasmic feeling, hearing Asami reaching that highest note at the end of the song live, right? The four ladies, and Fami as the new member, really pushed themselves on their last album Judgement Day, so we have some pretty crazy songs like Judgement Day and Soldier Stands Solitarily. And they proved to us that they can execute Judgement Day live!! 🤘🏼🔥🐺🔥🤘🏼

Lovebites continually prove that their musicianship is not down to studio wizardry.
Unusually Midori, stage right, hardly looks up from her guitar fret. I have read but have no proof, that Judgement Day is the hardest song for them to perform live. Usually Midori, is looking into the crowd and pays scant attention to her hands. Miyako, is moving around more and not so studiously looking at her fret board in general but with this song, she is the ice princess of old.
Midori and Miyako, practice together until they master the duet. Then once mastered, they look to make it more impactful. That info' is from from an interview a few years back.
Get to see them live when you can.

You were genuinely speechless. LoveBitten. What I really liked was how you were both on edge for Asami-san hitting the high note live. I am in the audience of that show, I was 10 feet in front of her as she built her crescendo and I was anxious for her too.
Asami honestly always makes me (Braden) speechless but I know I have to say something so I have to snap myself out of it and find words lol! That is so cool that you were at that show!

Lovebites was a killer in studio and on stage. Because they always imagine the 'wow factors' when it plays 'live' in each song they composed/written (Miyako said in an interview)
I love them both ways but just knowing they can do everything live and still sound the exact same or even better astounding!

Fami Fami Fami! Fami Fami Fami! one of the rare times were the recorded is different from the live (for Lovebites) because in the live the backing synth was missing (or VERY VERY VERY low in the mix).
Honestly yeah! Thinking about that now that you point that out! I think it is missing or very low!
@@moshpitreactions and I personally LOVE that have never really been a fan of synth backing (even in Band-maid songs)
I'm surprised that few, if any, tractors have not pointed that out. ' I'm sure Fami said "I can handle that" we don't need the synth." And she was right.
The synth is back there, but low in the mix. That may have been intentional, because they pushed Fami's bass up higher in the mix, especially due to her slapping when the synth would be playing. If you check the official video, the synth is up more in the mix than Fami's bass.

Honest reaction again, I have a lot of respect and time for band maid and l listen to them often but my preference is lovebites by a long way. Great reaction again, the more you hear the more addicted you'll become.
