सब से खास बात तो आप बताना भूल गये। इसमे सेमी नही करीब करीब फुल आटोमेटिक क्लच है जी क्लच वायर टूट जाने पर भी आप आराम से बाइक चला सकते है और खड़े बाइक को 1st गीयर से आराम से उठा सकते हैं। इसमे हर गीयर के बाद न्यूट्रल और उसके बाद क्लच है। 4 th गीयर के बाद किक लीवर को दबाने से क्लच लग जाता और छोड़ने पर 4th पर आ जाता है। 1st गीयर के उपर किक लीवर को रोकने पर क्लच लगता है और धीरे से छोड़ने पर 1st गीयर लग जाता है। थोड़ी प्रेक्टिस करने से पता ही नही चलेगा की क्लच वायर टूटा हुआ है। ये खूबी हमने किसी भी बाइक मे नही देखी है। और फिर दोनो व्हील बराबर हैं। आप स्टेपनी भी रख सकते हैं।मै 41 साल से yezdi चला रहा हूं। अभी भी एकदम मस्त है।

भाई होरन हर नम्बर पर काम करता है एक नम्बर पर स्टार्ट होती है दो नम्बर पर पार्किंग लाइट चलती है बेक लाइट चलती है तीन नम्बर पर हैडलाइट चलती है चार नम्बर जब काम आता है जब आपने बाइक मे बैट्री लगा रखी हो ओवरफ्लो होने पर चार नम्बर पर करके स्टार्ट की जाती है आपने जो कार्बोरेटर लगा रखा है वो राजदूत का है यजदी का नही है । इसके किक का एक फंक्शन आपने बताया नही इसका किक गियर लगाने के साथ ऑटोमैटिक कलच का काम भी करता है।

@@ajayonwheels ऑटोमैटिक कलच का मतलब ये है कि हम किक से ही कंट्रोल कर सकते है हैंड क्लच की जरूरत नही होती है लेकिन ऑटोमेटिक क्लच जब काम करता है जब आपने राइट साइड मे डोग रोड मे ऑटोमैटिक कलच का लिवर लगा रखा हो।किक को उपर नीचे करते है तब कलच अपने आप काम करता है अब भी आपके समझ मे नही आया तो मेरे वाटसप नम्बर पर आपको इसकी पिक दिखा दूंगा अगर आपने नही लगा रखा है तो इसके चक्कर मे पडना भी मत क्योंकि इसका इस्तेमाल करना सब के वश की बात नही है ।

One very important fact you missed to tell....this bike was having exactly interchangeable wheels (same size) which is bloody completely missing in new bikes, I don't know why. It was so convenient to fix a single stepney in the place of leg-guard near engine and carry on driving without any difficulty for thousands of kilometres. This stepney used to also work as leg-guard/ engine-guard (remember Sharukh Khan driving such yezdi with extra Stepney in the movie "Kabhi Haan Kabhi Naa"?)
We had this bike between 1974-1994 (MTX 458) and I have driven it like mad, thousands of kilometres on highways. It almost never broke down.
Unfortunately, when I left my small place in MP for studies and father fell ill those times, he took the decision to sell it with heavy heart. We were also facing lack of good replacement parts around our place though repairs were easy.
I never ever fell in love with any other bike till date after Yezdi. It was so convenient, sorted out, simple, dependable bike. I still have lot of Yezdi in my blood.😢

Even old Rajdoot bikes of the 70s and 80s had such keys. I remember starting my dad's Rajdoot Deluxe 1979 sometimes with a big nail instead of the key, though you could not turn on the headlight with a nail. That flat part of the key on top actually helps turn on the headlight. Old is gold.

Ye bike Bina battery ke chalti hai jaise chetak scooter chalta tha mere papa ke paas abhi bhi hai chetak , bahut achi sambhali hui hai bhai maza agaya . Jawa ki yahi toh khas baat hai dual exhaust hain jo RE mein sirf ab 650 mein ane lage hain wo bhi jab competition bada toh RE ne 650 twins launch kiye
his explanations about eletrical switch is not proper. its works like this. key inserted into ig switch all the way dawn will be its starting position (ignition on position). now key is in no 1 position. Rotating key to position no 2 will switch on the pilot bulb in the headlight and tail lamp. Rotating key to position 3 will turn the headlight on. pilot bulb will be switched off while headlight is on. Position no 4 is emergency starting. In this position bike is started with battary current. in all other position s bike is started with ac current from the magneto. In original wiring horn can be sounded even if key is not incerted in the switch. this has to get changed so as horn should be only when ig key is used. by the way horn ,brake light and horn are battary operated and rest of the things are magneto powered in both Jawa and Yezdis. Horn in this bike is ac horn from a bajaj scooter not a battery powered dc horn.

Yezdi/jawa both of them have a neutral gear between every gear. It's pretty convenient while cruising. And, it also has a semi automatic clutch that works pretty well; hence you don't have to use the clutch everytime while changing gears.

No sir, the neutral gear is between third and forth gear.
Also if we press the gear lever in the 4 th gear with out using clutch the bike will automatically goes to nuteral position

Aap chalakar dekiye kyomki mere pass tha yezdi 50/60 ke speed me me hamesha yaisa nuteral markar chalatha tha pl. Try it with your bike also if your clutch cable broken you can easily put the 1 st gear with out clutch very slowly pul your gear liver upward you can put the gear and give acceleration and down the lever slowly you may able to ride your yezdi to the nearest work shop thank you

I think some features of this bike were kind of experimental !!
You explained the ignition switch function completely wrong. You didn't explain the fourth switch. You said there is a pass switch on the handle for the headlamp. Even that's wrong. It's the switch to toggle between high and low beams. It is not always required to pump the kick three times. Gain some knowledge bro and then make the video. After watching just the beginning of your video I didn't even felt like continuing. So hope you have the guts to accept your mistakes and will make a new video with the right informantion and the knowledge to share.

इसकी एक और खूबी है कि आगे पीछे दोनों चक्कों की बनावट एक जैसी होती थी जिसके कारण इसमे एक स्टेपनी रखने की भी सुविधा थी मतलब यह है कि आगे के चक्के को पीछे और पीछे के चक्के को आगे भी लगा सकते हैं

2 ) ye bike koi chorri nahi kar sakta Q ki isko start karna kishi k bass ki baat nahi hai.

Why is your bike so incomplete brother? No carburetor cover.. no shock absorber cover .. No ignition switch nut... Different brake and clutch lever.. no chain cover...

बहुत जोरदार बाइक है yezdi बचपन की बहुत सी यादे जुड़ी है इसके साथ इस बाइक को मैंने पेट्रोल डीजल मिट्टी तेल सबमे चलाया है कभी भी धोखा नही देती थी ये और सबसे बड़ी खासियत तो ये है इस बाईक की की ये पूरी लोहे की है जिस वजह से काफी दमदार लगती हैं

The ignition switch you are having is not original.. In the original one you'll find 0,1,2,3,4.
0 is for ignition off
1 is for ignition on
2 is for parking light
3 od for headlight
4 is for ignition off
Bro. You really need to repair your bike.. Because i see a lot of mistakes in your bike which is ruining it's originality... First thing get a original yezdi carburator and fit the carburator cover naked carb doesn't look good.. Burn your scilencers and remove the old carbon.. Put on the original classic 1 handle.. And change the paint to one single colour.. Trust me.. You'll love the bike after doing all these..

YEZDI 1976 MODEL, DHY 7645 regn was our first bike in Delhi. This was sold sometime in 1980 or so and we bought a new one with Regn DET 1252 in my brother,s name K T Devasia who is no.more. The first bike is registered still In his name and lying with someone in Delhi. I am his younger brother and would like to buy back the same. Can someone locate it and buy for me? I now live in Kerala. I now have 2 YEZDI bikes at home, since the above is our first bike likes to buy back and preserve it.

your bike and ask them for insurance paper there you will get the contact details of the person who had done the insurance
