[Builder's view] Fujimi1/24 Isuzu Piazza (Impulse) is in progress.
This kit doesn't include the driver's side window. Since this time I made only the driver's side door to open, I'll also make the window. As usual, I'll use LCD protective film, but instead of gluing it in place, I'll create a groove with plastic board and fix it by fitting it into the groove.
I'll also make various small parts and such.
I will make tweets such as the announcement of the start of the live broadcast on X(Twitter)

That's a very realistic window treatment in terms of having that "groove" for it to fit into just like the real thing. I have a clear plastic folder that I used to make a window on a truck model after I had lost one of the originals and it fit the bill perfectly. I have missed a few of these updates so I am now catching up.

お疲れ様です。
まるで外科手術のようなピンセット2個使いの作業。息を止めて見入ってしまいます。
ドアを開けると漏れなく付いてくるピラーやドア枠のトリム等の内装自作の作業。
プラという弱い素材で歪ませずにスクラッチしてゆくのは、やった人間でなければわからない大変さがあります。
こういった作業を、まるで最初からその仕様のキットだったかのように仕上げる腕前が、唯一無二の完成品を生み出すんですよね。
大変勉強になることばかりなのですが、それを自分ができるのかというのはまた別の話…😅
次回も楽しみにしております😊
