One thing is true. There are literally good and bad people on this planet.
Either the bad people would turn good.. Or they would simply turn away and never come back. It's weird but it's true sir.
But from my experience ( my boss stopped yelling at me, didn't smile but would walk off without picking at me, others would think I've become his favorite.. He was nice to me even if I crossed deadlines, while others were getting harsh comments)
I was left with no option because I didn't want to quit my job because of that one person.
