When driving on speed breaker or rough road battery plug releasing automaticaly
Braking condition very poor 15 or 20 feet moving after applying brake
buzzer sound not fitted in indicator
Safety guard stainless steel coated metal very low quality that one (backside) broken in my vehicle ,
Front wheel chase joint broken
Suspension very worst if i go in doubles (with my wife ) wheel touching on top mud guard also damaged.
No aluminium foot rest like in scooter. When wife sitting time is very risk.
After purchasing this my wife more fighting with me bro
No trained mechanics in service center all are like school finished boys even staffs also like that only they dont know how to answer blinking more

Warranty is only 3 yrs not 5 years, checked today in perambur showroom.

Everyone please know it Hero electric warranty is not full replacement.. they will replace the according to the capacity of Ah after 6mon, Ah after one year... Further understanding read manual of hero electric... Warranty wise hero giving twist than others.

Bro hero ownership is about his own experience however hero is not my recommend option in present market. Also if you see my recent ownership in hero optima you know the quality of it. Always see all my videos I taken effort to aware people on electric vehicles and to choose the right brand.

And a battery price for this optima costs approx 18k
Fathima 3years after you can get service from the dealers you purchased. So no need to replace whole battery .most of the li battery works for atleast 5 to 8 years. It depends on which brand and dealer yo choose. So see my videos and get knowledge about all the electric vehicles. You will get some idea before you buy .

Warranty by luck ivaru ku 15 days la kadachuduchu hero taken some time one month more than warranty issue local Tamilnadu company we get warranty problem solved with in one week milage also hero is fraud this customer don't know the problem actual one battery is given 50 km mean it's 48 v 22 ah battery but they told 51.2v 30 ah it's fake information for example I use ampere 60v 30 ah it's given 90km normal single battery it's true milage they give two battery after warranty expensive is too much if battery failure single battery is half expensive only double battery it's big problem please understand peoples.
Yes it take time and the stock availability to replace it.

Bro I recommend to buy from good company. It is not about lithium ion or lithium NMC or lifpo battery you choose. Buy it from good company with good after service. Most of the lithium phosphate which company selling here or third grade Chinese products. So get aware of origin of battery.
