@@trcteck I have changed power supply from working server, changed the ram but same issue. The red light was gone when I was on without the ram and then I was off and put the ram back on . Then it is working. But when I'm off and remove the power source. Then when I was on again to get me red light again. I have changed batteries but the problem remains. I haven't changed the processors yet.
Can't trust this video. @5.50-6.15 is a short time to install ram, power on server, then server starts displaying instantly. Unless you replaced ram when the server was on.

I think that's a Japanese version... weird that it doesn't have a TPM slot and the HP logo on the mobo is so big... And ful-size SD card...
It's a v1 Mobo! It does have a TPM but it's placed near the VGA port.... but sold as a V2...
