40 minutes in:
Sam: you really shouldn't start your rookie QB against a nightmare defense.
*30 seconds later*
Steve: yeah I think they should probably start Maye against the 49ers.
I'm no QB, but if my first game in the NFL was against Fred Warner and Nick Bosa, I'd call in sick. With that O-line against Hargrave and Bosa, Maye might genuinely die.
Love hearing yall talk about the front office edition of hard knocks
It appeared to be that Daboll clearly didn't think Burns was worth the trade/contract. The question wasn't because he wanted the answer, he wanted to remind the group of the answer. Guy is a pass rush specialist that didn't get double digit sacks, Daboll knows the sack and pressure numbers.
I would sure hope he does
Dalton Kincaid and J-Gibbs will win you your fantasy leagues.
Sam has always loved Romeo Doubs
Watching this after Meckhi Blackmon tore his ACL 😢
1:08:35 bless you sam
Minshew vs O’Connell might be the least interesting camp battle of the past 20 years lol including long snapper competition
Yea I could see that. Like, who even really cares if one of them gets the job over the other? Does such a person exist? lol
@@HawgWyldFishing Someone who is looking for a QB in a 3 QB fantasy league
I disagree though. I think it’s very intriguing
So they not 1st round picks.. so what?! Both have great storylines.
@@rojofish504 them not being first round picks doesn’t make it uninteresting. Both QBs aren’t good and aren’t conducive to winning. That’s what makes it boring
This show could never be accused of service level evaluations.
I'm a little different. I want to see who wins the battle between Jack Conklin and Dawand Jones for Cleveland's right tackle spot.
Fr Conklin was really good when they signed him a few years ago but the injuries have mounted and Dawand is a freak, gonna be hard to keep him off the field- im a steelers fan who loves watching tj beat up on Conklin but Dawand did a great job in the second matchup last year
Yep nothing else going on recently
In Vegas there's no battle at QB
It's Aiden O'Connells job.
They didn’t pay Minshew to come in and just hold a clipboard
AOC isnt an NFL starter. Not even close
@@mattmccabe2946then what is.. I think he was 2nd in performance as a rookie
Man are you way off base...Minshew is the starter...and his teammates will LOVE him.
Holy shit time stamps please
Keon Coleman will play X or Y. Kalil and Dalton play over the middle or crossing. Keon is a hybrid 6'4" football basketball receiver specializing in jump balls. The only teams with corners that can match up against him this coming season are BAL Hamilton, SEA Woolen, IND Brents, and maybe NYJ Sauce.
The Raiders are going to be held back by their lack of a legit QB. Minshew and O'Connell are both back ups, at best. They won't be over .500 until they get a real QB.
Truly, I mean no personal offense...but... In the first segment, you guys really bend over backwards to give Daboll & Schoen a pass. Never do you also mention that the Giants sign off on showing what they did...real or prompted, they look like buffoons. I ask this seriously. If this was the Jets GM & coach, what would the media reaction be?
Sam doesn't know ball. Only numbers and weak pattern recognition skills to form bad takes
TRUE...I have said out loud quite a few times..."The bald guy has some very strange opinions on things"
PFF is meh at best… it’s kind of amazing how they convince people to literally buy their bs, good for them I guess.
