I have always waited to do the stretches til the day you upload, but I've been trying to do a stretch everyday after each workout. I've definitely noticed a lot less soreness and tight muscles as well as really allowing the stretch to be a relaxing and meditative time for myself. Thank you for everything you do, Sydney! You've changed the way I feel about myself, my body, and my strength.
I just started consistently watching Sydney's stretching videos in the past few weeks and I don't know why I waited so long! They are the perfect way to finish a week of tough workouts
Thank you! A suggestion- could you also cue for us who are just getting in to stretching? On the splits, there I am almost completely upright and in agony but Sydney is folded clear flat on the floor. It would be nice to hear, ‘go to where you can’.
I haven’t worked out since October because I have been really ill due to which i am getting in very fewer calories and my doctor told me not to workout as I will be burning them. But I still watch your videos and share them because you have been my favourite youtuber ever!!!! Keep up the good work and I can’t wait to start again❤️

This was awesome as a finisher to Momentum day 18! Really happy with how much progress I've made on the pigeon pose since I made daily post workout stretches a priority.
I usually skipped these stretches but since I started to do them my lower back pain has basically disappeared. I think that my hamstrings and calves were so tight that they were causing back pain. Maybe I'm crazy but they are working!! Thanks, Syd, ready for tomorrow!

Love this! I’m so tight in the hammies, glutes, psoas quads. I get so frustrated that I cant do yoga or Pilates because of the tightness so this is my new go to until I’m right!
