Dear Forest Dear is adorable. I have to admit that I did end up purchasing a Blythe from Junie Moon recently (Brenda's Extraordinary Day - on a Black Friday price deal) and I was so surprised to get one those bags as I totally wasn't expecting it (I also bought a calendar at the same time as it made the postage worth it, although I got a desk calendar instead). Very interesting to see the carry case up close like this, I have still never really taken any of my dolls out but maybe in 2024 I will. The Blythe hair just makes me sad. We all know that it isn't going to perfect from the box and it feels like such a pain, especially when you pay so much for a doll. I have a few who need hair spas now - my Quintessential Journey already had one but her hair still feels weird to me. Hope have a great time of the season and congrats on Dear Forest Dear!
Thank you! I totally agree - Blythe hair has always been a bit hit and miss, but nowadays I just expect a miss, it's become so common. On the other hand I've bought a few playline dolls recently (like Rainbow/Shadow High) who have had beautiful, tactile hair right out of the box, and I kind of feel... what am I paying for?! Similarly Pullip are what I feel is Blythe's closest competitor, but both of my Pullips have had gorgeous hair, and great stock. Literally the only thing that keeps me collecting Blythe over Pullip is that I prefer her face shape. Thank you and you too! I hope you have a lovely holiday season
Congratulations on your wonderful Blythe haul. Merry Christmas 🥰🌟🎄⛄✨

Why is the factory blythe hair a lot better than the authentic blythe hair? You would’ve thought it be better
