Thank you for your review!!! Due to your review, I was able to get the nerve to go on this ride and I was so glad I did!!!! This ride was one of the best experiences of my life, and I’m not a roller coaster person at all. The POV videos actually make it look scarier than it really is and also seem less fun than it is. I went on it twice and I had my arms up and was dancing and singing the whole time. I can’t explain in words how amazing this ride is. It’s like a dance party in outer space. For anyone wondering, you fell VERY secure, it has no big drops, the turning of the ride is very smooth and controlled and it goes perfectly with the rhythm of the ride (you’re NOT spinning). I found it not scary AT ALL, just fun fun fun. I did not get any motion sickness or feel my stomach drop once. And this is coming from someone who hates Soarin and I chickened out of going on slinky dog dash. 😂 …. If you’re nervous don’t be!! Trust me, this ride is amazing.
You just made my whole day! I am SO happy that you enjoyed it. Hands down my fam’s favorite attraction. 🥳 Thank you for sharing your experience! The music is half the fun-do you remember which song you got? Now, next time, you have to try Slinky Dog Dash! 😂❤️
Thank you for your review! And I love how you did it without spoilers. The ride comparisons definitely helped me gauge for myself. I get motion sickness and I now take dramamine for everything and it does help! Glad to hear its not spinning like tea cups spin and its more controlled and goes with a flow. Appreciate your honest take!
You are very welcome!! It’s definitely a one-of-a-kind experience, so I’m happy to describe it the best I can without spoiling anything. I hope you have a blast! ✨
Thanks for sharing your husband's point of view as a person with motion sickness! People keeping asking me how intense it is, but I don't get motion sick at all and can't give them an honest review
I am so happy my husband decided to give it a go! We were both so worried, but he will do just about anything for Marvel😅 I never get motion sickness on rides, so I definitely understand what you mean. Thank you for watching!
I’m so happy that I could help! There’s one part near the beginning that may give you .2 seconds of that butterfly feeling in your stomach but the rest is smooth sailing. It’s been nearly a year and I still cannot get enough of it! Have fun!
Thank you so much for your review!! I too suffer with motion sickness, and really struggle with big drops. We are planning a trip for next year. It's been a long time since our last visit to Disney world, and there have been a lot of changes, and new rides. This was so helpful to gauge if i should brave it, or not. Good Job Guys!! You have convinced me to give it a go!! Many Thanks from the UK 👋🏻
Hi there! You are most welcome! I hope that you enjoy it. It’s definitely one of those rides where you don’t know how you’ll feel until you do it for yourself BUT, like most Disney attractions, it is not scary. The thrill factor is there but you’ll be so into the music and the feeling of being free that you’ll probably love it. It’s super unique and I would not miss it. Remember to look forward to help with potential dizziness. Please let me know how your adventure goes!
As a scaredy cat as well as very motion sickness probed rider (I can’t even ride in a plan without taking something) I cannot thank you enough for this review!! New Follower!!
So happy to have you here! Believe it or not, I’m a scaredy cat too so I understand. As long as you’re prepared and look where the vehicle faces you, hopefully you’ll love it like my family did. 🤗
We missed out on riding this as our virtual queue came up when we were half way around the world and already full on food and drinks. I'm usually not a big ride person but had a blast on Tron so I am hoping next time we go back we get on this. Your guys review has 100% given me the confidence to ride. Thank you!
Oh no! Next time you’re here, if your party is called for Guardians (they’re not as strict about return times), feel free to go to the ride even if your return window is over. But I’m sure you wouldn’t have wanted to ride with a full stomach 😅 TRON is fantastic! I’m glad you experienced that ✨ I hope that you love Guardians, too!
I think by far, you have given the best most thorough review!!! Thanks so much fir this! I’m one of those folks that gets motion sickness but I will must definitely ride this, follow the screen (not look back), and take my motion sickness meds before riding. 👍🏻🙂❤️
Took the advice for not trying to look back to see what your missing during Flight of Passage, by just staying focused of the main focal point on screen, worked like a charm. Will do the same when we ride Guardians.
Hey there! Yayy!! I’m not even prone to motion sickness, but I will forever use this trick just in case. I did the same on FOP last week and had a blast! ✨
I’m so glad you had such a good experience on this ride. The theming is incredible. I would hate to discourage anyone from riding, but for me, this was the most intense feelings I’ve ever experienced on a ride and I was so sick afterward… to the point that I threw up and had to leave the park. I was sick for about 8 hours. I just wouldn’t want anyone to ruin their once in a lifetime trip so I wanted to give another point of view.
Hi Carla! I’m sorry sorry to hear this ☹️ Everyone’s experience will definitely be different. Sometimes when my stomach is super full or empty, it feels a bit more intense. But my trick is to look in the direction that the vehicle faces. Missing out on Disney time is fun. I hope that you were able to enjoy the rest of your trip. 💕 Thank you so much to adding your story!
This is super helpful! I absolutely love this ride, its my favorite ride at Disney World and I'm planning to ride it again on my birthday (and make my family ride it with me lol) but my mom is skeptical of the ride and doesn't like big drops. Hoping this'll change her mind!
Our family went a few weeks ago. Hands down the best rollercoaster Disney has created. We were worried about the ride making us sick but nope, it was nothing but laughs and smiles. Wished we could of rode this more but you have the virtual Que preventing that.
I LOVE hearing this!! I agree that it’s the best Disney rollercoaster. Hopefully the virtual queue will move over to Tron once that opens at Magic Kingdom like how it transferred from Rise to Cosmic.
@@momisinthemood1133 hopefully it does. We are going back to Disney World in a few years. Epcot did not look the same due to all the construction going on the center plaza. Our family had a great time.
Thank you so much for this! Bringing my five year old to Epcot next week and I was worried she would be too scared on it, and having to pay ILL I didn’t want to do that if it wasn’t family friendly! But I feel a lot better about it now! 😊
If she’s been on Slinky, Mine Train, or anything similar, she should be fine. ☺️ Please let us know how it goes. Also, because you’re doing ILL, if you try for the virtual queue at 7 am or 1 pm, you’ll be able to ride twice in a day. I hope your family has a wonderful time at the parks! ☀️
Planning a trip and as someone who gets motion sick and nervous about intensity on rides, this was such a great review! Definitely just gained a subscriber and would love to see more reviews like this on your channel! love love love:)
Hi Kelli! I’m so happy you found this review and channel. Your comment has made my day. I definitely have some future videos planned that I think you’ll find helpful. ❤️
Awesome video! I'm in the boat with your husband, and get motion sickness on rides like Everest. I can handle Flight of Passage fine. Not sure if I should try Cosmic Rewind or not...
Thank you!! It really will affect everyone a bit differently. But it is truly a wonderful experience that can’t be missed (and hopefully no bad side effects lol). Everest is definitely more intense just because of its ride vehicle and track. You won’t get that squeezing backwards feeling on Cosmic Rewind. I’m posting a spoiler review soon and that may help you decide, too. ☺️
Thank you for such a wonderful video and explanation of the ride as a grown black woman who has slowly been conquering her fears of roller coasters and taking her 6 and 4 year old to a Disney for the first time in a few weeks. I am tired of being the person who holds all the purse and phones while everyone else is living it up. The Yeti gets to me with the backwards part and then the little drop. I think I screamed and died on the mummy with the launch that took me by surprise. Haven’t rode it since. I walked away from my family after riding and feeling the drop on that simple Jurassic Park ride when they said it was gentle and slow. I don’t like that stomach drop feeling. I love the all the 3D immersion rides. I love space mountain though I still get a few butterflies but they are good ones. Your review has me confident to ride this ride and also makes me feel comfortable to put on a brave face on for my kids. I want them to enjoy rides and have positive experiences. Not the fears I experienced as a child. Your family is wonderful!!!! Thank you so so much!
Hi Kailani! You’ve got me crying over here 🥹 I am so, so happy that I could make you feel ready to take this one! I promise you that this is one of the only “thrill” rides that I go on where Im smiling when I get on because I know the fun that’s about to happen. Just imagine that you’re coasting and just look in the direction that the vehicle points you. It is a lot of fun. ❤️ Side note: Are you going to be with any other adults? Your kids under 7 need someone to sit with them if they’re in a row alone. You seriously have no idea how much I relate to your comment. I don’t like that stomach drop feeling at all. Please come back to let me know if you liked the ride!! Let’s conquer our fears! 💪🏾
So glad to have found this video. The none spoiler review was much appreciated. Will be in Epcot with my boys on Wednesday and hope to ride GOG also. Super nervous. Blessings to you and your adorable family
I definitely understand; I felt a bit nervous beforehand, too. But I’m glad I tried it. ☺️I hope you and your boys have so much fun!! And thank you so much for the kind words!! ✨
As someone who’s been on the ride I would say the intensity is between Hagrids at universal and rock and rollercoaster overall I think it’s suitable for 8+ but they might be a little scared because my little brother who is 6 he was scared but he got on and he didn’t like it and didn’t wanna go in it again when we got the genie plus to go on again and my mom who gets sick on some rides said she felt a little wonky after getting off so she stayed with him so make you watch out for that.
I’m sorry to hear that your brother got scared. Everyone is different, but that’s awesome he tried it. ☺️ People I met this summer who got dizzy say it happened because of what my husband talks about in this video about where to focus. I love Hagrid’s, but the open air, drop, and several launches make it way more intense (in my opinion). Thanks for sharing your family’s experience!
Oh no! 🙁 It definitely happens. My son got sick after a kiddie coaster a couple days ago (probably due to heat exhaustion though), so you never really know. Thank goodness for those bags! And I hope you all still enjoyed your day. 🤗
Really great video! Informative, excellent integration of narration and in-person content. I also loved how you set up the questions it would answer at the beginning. Great work!
This was the best review I've watched so far. Thank you for posting 🥰 I do have a quick question: you've talked about how it compared to Space Mountain, what about Universal's Revenge of the Mummy? Trying to figure out if I can handle it 😅 not being able to see the tracks can make me very nervous.
Thank you so much! 🤗 I really love Revenge of the Mummy, but I still get nervous before riding every time lol. The theme of the Mummy is scarier, the launch to drop and drop at the end are more intense, and the vehicle is jerkier. Cosmic Rewind’s launch is more intense than Mummy’s backwards dip and launch, but everything else, in my opinion, is less intense. I’ll definitely ride again way less nervous because I now know that although I can’t see as much as I’d like, it’s not going to do anything I can’t handle. I hope that helps! ☺️
@@momisinthemood1133 thank you so much once again!! There is something very calming about your videos and it gives me reassurance 😊 I have flights for January 2023 so I suppose I have quite a bit of time to build up the courage and at least try it once! I really appreciate the comparison, very helpful. Have a great evening!!
@@julianaverstrate7876 You have plenty of time to get excited and ready for this experience! I am so happy that I can be that voice of calm-that means a lot to me. Let me know if there’s anything else you have questions about. 😊
THANK YOU for this! I used to fly in the military and only occasionally got motion sick. The older I get though the less acclimated I am to it and I don't want to get sick after paying park fees and traveling to Orlando!
Yayyy I’m so happy that we could help. I really hope you enjoy the ride! My husband used to be in military aviation as well. Thank you for your service!
@@KozaiDesign personally I almost passed out from fear before the ride started but I made myself get on and had an amazing time! I’ve gone twice already and can’t wait to go on the ride more! I recommended motion sickness pills though!

Hello!! I’m so happy that the video helped. ✨The experience is different for everyone, but it’s best when you just rock out to the music. 🎶 Have an awesome trip!
This is sooooop helpful! I will be there a week from today and I was nervous about the motion sickness situation. I really appreciate your husband’s pov on that. This whole video is so informative. Thank you!
I appreciate your review and thoughts. I thought it was actually more intense than I expected from the videos I watched ahead of time especially the first part. However we rode a second time and it became our favorite ride.
I’ve been on it many times since this review and I totally agree that the first section is more intense than the second half. Also, I’ve noticed that it feels more intense if I haven’t eaten or have eaten too much. Thanks for sharing!! ✨
I'm planning to go opening weekend so thanks for avoiding any big spoilers. Loved the different points of view and the very detailed information. You just earned your channel another subscriber :) Excited to see more!
We missed this ride by a week haha! We were so disappointed lol! This looks so amazing. Thank you so much for your awesome spoiler free review. Can't wait to go back and enjoy this!!! I'm glad to hear no one in your group got sick :) Thanks for sharing!! We subscribed :)
My biggest issue with rides tends to be drops. I'm fine with the dark and I'm fine with speed, especially if I feel like I'm secure in the seat, but I don't really like big drops. But it sounds like this ride doesn't really have any major drops so I feel like I might actually have a lot of fun on it when I get the chance to go. Though I might see if I can sit in the middle or closer to the front just because I know that the back of a coaster tends to be the most intense.
This was so helpful!! I've been planning to go with my mom but due to an arm injury I was worried the ride would be to intense for her! Seeing as it's smooth and not to bad I'm definitely less worried about it and I'm very excited! Thank you so much 💖
Hi!! I’m so happy that this helped! (Also, I’m very sorry to hear about your mom’s arm.) Some rides feel more intense than others (especially if I haven’t eaten), but overall it’s not jerky at all. Nice and smooth. Just get into the music and have fun!! 🎉❤️
Thank you for explaining the ride intensity. I would love to ride the Cosmic Rewind. The only problem is me...I get scared of the dark together with speed and drops. I almost didn't ride the Forbidden Journey in Universal and the only rollercoaster I was able to get the courage to ride was the Flight of the Hippogriff. Can't seem to handle drops. Any tips to get through them without losing feeling in my legs?
You’re welcome! ☺️I absolutely love Forbidden Journey, but it is definitely not for those with motion sickness. I am not a fan of drops myself (I have to pump myself up just to ride Tower of Terror and Splash Mountain). There was no butterflies in the stomach sensation in this ride. Now, some things I do for rides that do make my stomach flip: Sit as close to the front row as possible (if the ride only goes forward) and laugh or scream through the drops. I hope this helps! 🤗
Thank you for comparing this ride to Crushs Coaster...Paris is my home park and visit WDW for the first time soon So helpful to know its similar but smoother than Crush
I get motion sick pretty easily And I was a little queezy when it was done. However it was fairly mild and the ride is definitely worth it it. it's one of the funniest rides I have ever ridden and is definitely 1 of the greatest coasters out there anywhere.
I totally agree! Depending on what I eat or if I eat before riding affects how I feel afterwards. But it is hands down my favorite Disney ride! Thanks for watching and sharing your experience ✨
Thanks for making this video! My wife is prone to motion sickness and we were worrying about the issues for her, but I'm glad that you feel it's ridable as a motion sickness sufferer.
I’m so happy this was helpful! We made sure to eat a full meal a few hours beforehand (not too close to ride time) and to focus more on the ride itself instead of every detail on the screens. It’s a blast!
I really appreciate the motion sickness review. My daughter gets motion sick so I'm trying to figure out what she can ride and what she can't. Also, your son is absolutely adorable!!
You’re welcome, and thank you so much! ✨ My husband usually gets motion sickness on the rides that face screens. There are so many factors, but I’m so happy this helped. 😊
We wrote it today… Wow! It says that it is 60 mile an hour, but it didn’t feel that fast… We all were a little dizzy coming off of it, but nothing major…. Would totally ride it again
I just rode the ride yesterday. What makes this ride so intense is the constant high speed and the fact the seats rotate 360 degrees. You are going so fast and it’s dark that I could not anticipate when the seats would spin. I cannot explain the feeling but instead of feeling the forces to the front of the body , you feel it to the side of your body especially when the track transitions from a straight line to circle. 😵💫😵💫😵💫😵💫😵💫😵💫
Hi! The vehicles do spin, but they don’t spin like the teacups (around and around). It’s definitely going to be different for everyone. Thanks for sharing your experience with us. 😊
I’m so glad I found this video. I’m going next week and I’m a bit concerned. I appreciate your review! If you’ve been on a tilt a whirl attraction, can you compare it to that spinning?
Thank you! 😃 Mission: SPACE constantly spins and is in tight quarters, which is very different than this. I talk a little about Everest and more explanation of the movement in this video (light spoilers): ua-cam.com/video/G05hkXemvJY/v-deo.html
Made me a little off, and to get to the exit there are stairs up and down that really threw me for a loop after the ride. There isn’t anything easy to look at that doesn’t move if you are in the front of your car. Not sure if the back seat in the car would provide anything in case you’re a “focus on something that isn’t moving” kind of person. 8/10 would ride again, only once per visit, early in the day before food
I like to have a little food on my stomach; not too much, not too little. I also look in the direction that the vehicle faces. I don’t swivel my head around (if I can help it). Thanks for sharing your thoughts!
I am scared of big coasters but I can do smaller family ones, I am going to Disney soon and I have heard awesome reviews about this ride and I am very excited for it, it doesn’t sound that scary too
Hey! I enjoy roller coasters once I’m on them but I am very prone to anxiety attacks before rides, being someone who has chickened out of space mountain. I’m going to disney at some point this summer and what originally peaked my interest about this ride was the music that plays with it, because it’s some of my personal favorites. I don’t usually get too motion sick or vertigo-filled, but I’ve never gone on anything like Rockn Rollercoaster or Tower of Terror. Would you recommend this ride for someone like me? Thanks so much!
Hi there! If you want to take a chance because you don’t get motion sick, I think you would have fun on it. The music really gets you pumped up! Space Mountain is almost totally in the dark, on this ride, you can see the track and the lighted elements. It’s ofc your decision, but if you like Guardians and you don’t mind 1- 2 seconds of a drop feeling in your stomach, I think that you’ll love it. I can’t stop smiling when I ride it and it’s become a must do for me over the last 2 years. 😊
Thank you for doing this. I am such a big scary cat when it comes to coasters. Luke I won't even think about going on any free drop anything. Or any coasters beyond ca Thunder mountain and space mountain. I have not experienced anything at wdw sadly. Lol
You are very welcome, Celeste!! I used to be so afraid of coasters (kind of still am lol), but Disney’s are the perfect intensity for me. I hope you enjoy this one! 🤗
@@momisinthemood1133 I think it was the constant side to side action and when the ride kind of went into a cork screw drop. Once it was over I was walking like a drunk person and then had to go to restroom to throw up.
I really want to know how intense the launch is. I can't do Hyperspace Mountain at DLP because of the launch, and because of that I'm too scared to do Rock n' Rollercoaster. Can I survive this? 😅
Hello! I would say the launch is just as intense as the launch of Paris’s Hyperspace Mountain, but Rock n Rollercoaster’s launch is wayyyy more intense than both of those. I really do think you’ll survive this though because the vibe is very lighthearted/funny. ✨My spoiler review goes more into the movement: ua-cam.com/video/G05hkXemvJY/v-deo.html
Really nice review! thanks. One question, you say it's similar to Space Mountain's intensity, but I find SM to be very jerky (vice smooth). Do you think Guardians is that jerky?
Hello! Thank you so much! 😄 Cosmic Rewind is a lot smoother than SM. It almost feels as if you’re gliding. They’re similar in the sense of the theme and thrill.
This ride was very intense the couple drops it had felt like you were floating just like the rest of the ride I almost passed out several times! My tolerance may be different then the rest though!
Oh no! 😔It’s definitely going to be different for everyone. I’ve been on it many times since I filmed this video, and there were only two times that it was more intense and both were because I was very hungry or very full. But for the most part, I really get into the music and I like the flying feeling (while still feeling very secure in my seat). Thanks for sharing your experience! ✨
@@momisinthemood1133 my fiancé said the same thing it felt a lot more intense this time she rode it with me then the other times she has just my luck lol
I didn't get any motion sickness on this ride but a couple of people who were with me did. I took my 5 year old son on this ride and he was very scared. He cried for 15 mins after poor thing :( I loved it though! What a ride!
I’m so sorry to hear that he was scared 🥺 The upbeat songs definitely helped my son, and if anything, now that he knows the track, he can really enjoy himself fully. I’m glad that you enjoyed it though! Thanks for sharing your experience. ☺️
You’re welcome! Just go in having fun, enjoy the music, and look whichever way the vehicle faces you. If you want a calmer ride, sit towards the front. Have so much fun!! It’s my favorite (and I used to be a scaredy cat too ☺️).
Thank you for the rude comparisons. I was afraid that it would be mire like rock n roller-coaster which terrified me. But it sounds like it's more along the lines of space mountain. Most if the newer coasters at WDW I haven't really been on so it's nice to hear that it's alot like rides I am familiar with.
@@momisinthemood1133 Something i forgot to ask about was the launch at the beginning. I am one who absolutely dreads when a fast ride takes off for the first time so would you say that the start of this one is better than that of rockin roller coaster ? Reason that one scares me is because it takes off straight into a loop and i was not expecting the speed to hit that quickly.
@@MattsGeekCorner I can totally relate! The launch for RRC is more forceful. But for Cosmic Rewind, it sort of rotates you out of it with a bit of a dip. I have a spoiler review, too, which breaks this down a bit more: ua-cam.com/video/G05hkXemvJY/v-deo.html
Thank you for doing this. I don't like roller coaster but I want to ride it. I love the comparison I rode space mountain and passed out on it so I worried the same will happen with this.
Hey! thank you so much for this review with no spoilers. We are getting to Orlando in October, and we are just thinking if GOG Cosmic Rewing worth the ticket for Epcot. Because we are also thinking on going park hoper to only ride this attraction and then move to another park. What do you think? Does this ride worth the ticket for epcot? Thank you in advance! Is there any comparisson with Fligth of Passage overall experience?
Hi! Guardians is my favorite attraction right now, so I think it’s a must-do! It’s the only ride of its kind in the world. When it comes to motion sickness factor, both Flight of Passage and Guardians use screens. But FOP makes my husband sick because you’re immersed in a full screen for the duration of the ride (kind of like Soarin). You’re also not in an individual seat on Guardians. Please let me know if you have more questions! ✨
Oh, so nice your review! 😊 I cannot ride again Seven Dwarfs or Big Thunder (haha) so, is this one is more intense? 😣 I really wanna ride because of the music but, not sure about the speed or drops. Harry Potter and the Forbidden Journey for me was okay, and Can ride it again, but… would you recommend? 😅 thanks! You gain another subscriber! 😊
Hello, and thank you! 🤗It is more intense than Seven Dwarves and Big Thunder, but it has no drops. The music makes it sooo worth it, so it just depends if you’re okay with the gliding motion. I love Forbidden Journey! This is faster than that but won’t move you in the same way. I hope that helps! 😄
What triggers my motion sickness is high elevation and mainly just cars so I don’t take the warnings to serious but I’ll never go on mission space orange
It happens 😞 A friend’s husband got sick on it last week, but we feel like it’s because he was looking around a lot (beyond where it faces you) during the ride.
Hi! Space Mountain has drops. They aren’t very long, but they are surprising because it’s very dark. Cosmic Rewind has drops that are more like dips. And it’s a lot smoother than Space Mountain.
I’m going to Disney with my brother in a month and I’m so nervous about this ride because I’m afraid I’m going to get sick on it. I heard about it being a full motion roller coaster. I can handle some roller coasters, but when the seats will be spinning, that’s were I draw the line.
It’s going to feel different for everyone, but I will say that I feared rollercoasters for years and this one was just pure fun. Think of the spinning as a controlled spin. So, it if it dips, you won’t free spin like Cobra’s Curse at Busch Gardens or constantly spin like the Teacups. The intensity of the spin reminds me of the spins when exiting a scene on the Spider-Man ride at Islands of Adventure if you’ve been on that. I hope that helps you decide! 🤗
Oh! Well, that sounds a bit more doable. I do remember that scene you’re referring to on the Spiderman ride at Universal. That was a decent, not so bad spin. So, it’s like that. … I think that makes it sound not so scary anymore. Thank you so much for that. Really. I’m a huge chicken, but your encouragement makes me feel better about it. Love your video and thank you so much again.
Hi there! I saw your review as I was driving to wdw. I’m going to ride it this weekend and I’m generally worried about the darkness and twists/turns So far I’ve rode the hagrid motorcycle ride and the mummy ride at universal but haven’t touched any of the Disney roller coasters yet. I’m not really a coaster fan but I did however enjoyed the hagrid ride very much. Do u have any comparisons between that ride and this one? Will I be okay if I’ve enjoyed the rides at universal?
Hi!! I hope that I’m not too late to respond. In my opinion, the Mummy is more thrilling than Guardians so if you could handle that then you’ll be fine. There are no drops like that at all. I love Hagrid’s! The coasting sensation is similar to Guardians, but Guardians only has one accelerated sections vs Hagrid’s multiple ones. If you could handle the surprise at the end of Hagrid’s, Guardians should be just fine. If you already rode it, did you like it?? ✨
Hi! I’ve been on coasters with inversions, very intense multiple launch sections, and crazy drops, so I think that’s why this is at a mid level thrill for me 😆 But I have found that if I’m very hungry or I’ve eaten too much, this ride feels more intense than how I described. Thanks for stopping by the channel!
Hi. I just moved to FL and am SO excited to go to Disney! I love Disney. I have some disabilities. I love Guardians of the Galaxy and ‘would’ ride this ride but I don’t like rides at all. I’ll ride calm slow rides. Once I went on a roller coster and it was ok. I mean, I wasn’t screaming/crying. But I didn’t like the g-forces. I would not ride a rollercoaster again. I don’t like drops at all. I mean very very small hills are fine. I am VERY ‘sensitive’ to all these things as in I don’t like the feeling of g-forces or feeling your stomach drop etc. I get scared easily because of the sensations. Would I like Cosmic Rewind? I’m thinking of riding it. I’m very scared too but I love the creativity and sci-fic in it….
My husband and I are currently driving up from south Florida for this ride preview later in the day! Did you need to provide a printed copy of the email confirmation to enter the ride? It’s 5am and I can’t find the answer anywhere else…I hope not 🤦🏻♀️
They scanned us in without a printed confirmation. I actually never got the confirmation email. 😅 As long as you have your bands, you’re good to go. Let us know how you like the ride! 😄
@@momisinthemood1133 my husband and I couldn’t stop talking about this from the moment we got off. We both agree-it’s the best ride we’ve ever been on. The music, the concept, the ease of transition/smoothness throughout…wow. I was so impressed, it’s like nothing else I’ve ever been on. One of the cast members we spoke to said they thought it’s almost like a blend of space mountain and Mount Everest, and I’d say that’s a pretty fair description.
Hi!! It depends. Slinky is just as smooth as Guardians, so maybe pass on Guardians if you don’t like that coasting feeling. Everest is rockier, but that backwards pull section (in my opinion) is more intense than anything on Guardians. This ride is truly unique, so hopefully you’ll give it a try. Thanks for watching! ✨
Hi Kaitlynn! There is one millisecond that I feel something (it’s during the first minute of the ride…I talk about it in my spoiler review: ua-cam.com/video/G05hkXemvJY/v-deo.html ). Big drops like Splash Mountain really scare me and I’m not scared to do this at all. I know motion sickness is a possibility, but I can’t stop smiling during each ride.
I hope you found this helpful ✨ Want to hear more about the ride? 🤔 Here’s our spoiler review: ua-cam.com/video/G05hkXemvJY/v-deo.html
thank you so much for this its very helpful for people who arent huge adrenaline junkies!!
Thank you! I don't do drops or spins (Tea Cups). Looking forward to trying it in Dec 24'!
AMAZING details without spoilers, especially the ride comparisons! Thank you for including me in your cosmic rewind review :)
Thank you! 🤗I hope this will be helpful to those who are on the fence.
Your comparisons were so helpful!! I’m not a fan of large drops, but I’m beyond excited to ride this on our next trip!! Thank you!! 💜
Hi Eva! That is a perfect plan!! I hope you have an AMAZING experience. Thank you so much for your kind words. ☺️
You totally hit on all points for parents and non thrill riders. Thank you~
You are very welcome!! 😊 I fit into both of those categories, so my hope was to cover most of the points that usually worry me, too.
💕 Thank you so much to adding your story!
hi, that sounds awful, may i ask please, how would you compare to Everest?
@@user-sx5vn9oq5w I haven’t ridden Everest. I took advice from my friends and opted out based on my experience on Guardians.
This is super helpful! I absolutely love this ride, its my favorite ride at Disney World and I'm planning to ride it again on my birthday (and make my family ride it with me lol) but my mom is skeptical of the ride and doesn't like big drops. Hoping this'll change her mind!
I hope that your mom rides with you! It truly is the BEST Disney ride in the world IMO. Happy early birthday! 🎉
@@momisinthemood1133 That's what I'm hoping for! She didn't believe that your kid even liked the ride at first when I told her lmao
Did you go yet?
I also think this coaster is AMAZING. NEVER been on any coaster like it before. It makes Space Mountain drop to a 3 out of 10. Your son is so brave
It is one-of-a-kind!! 🤩 Space Mountain’s darkness really gets me though…Dom has no fear 🤣🤣🤣
Very good and helpful video for “Motion Sickeners Pros” like me! I became a fan of your channel. 👍🙏✌️
Thank you so much! I hope you enjoy the other videos, too 🤗
Thank you for such a wonderful video and explanation of the ride as a grown black woman who has slowly been conquering her fears of roller coasters and taking her 6 and 4 year old to a Disney for the first time in a few weeks.
Side note: Are you going to be with any other adults?
Thanks for the review. I loved it, but my poor 10 year old son got sick after. All I can say is we were thankful for the bags they give you after....
Oh no! 🙁 It definitely happens. My son got sick after a kiddie coaster a couple days ago (probably due to heat exhaustion though), so you never really know.
Thank goodness for those bags! And I hope you all still enjoyed your day. 🤗
@@momisinthemood1133 Oh no! Not fun to get sick. Hope your little guy recovered quickly. It's too easy to get dehydrated out here....
Really great video! Informative, excellent integration of narration and in-person content. I also loved how you set up the questions it would answer at the beginning. Great work!
Thank you very much!! That means a lot to me! ☺️ I just know how worried I was, and I want to help others decide.
This was an EXCELLENT review!!! Thank you for your time & effort!!
This means a lot to me! 😭💕 I’m so happy you enjoyed the review!

Loved your review
Thank you so much! ✨

Welcome!! ✨ I’m so happy that this was helpful. I hope that you two love it!
You’ll most likely really love this then! 😄 I haven’t been in the front yet, but the middle was only slightly less thrilling than the back.
i got scared on the Hippogriff ride. :(
Amazing video, honestly best breakdown I’ve seen on this
This means so much to me! Thank you so much! ✨
Thank you for comparing this ride to Crushs Coaster...Paris is my home park and visit WDW for the first time soon So helpful to know its similar but smoother than Crush
I can’t wait to return to Disneyland Paris! Guardians is very comparable to Crush, but you’ll enjoy the smoother ride and the music. 🎵
Excellent review! Thanks for posting! Our preview is only a few days away!
Woohoo!!! I hope you love it! ✨✨Thank you for watching ☺️
You have a great sounding voice!! Great info 😊
Awww thanks so much! ☺️✨Let me know if you have any questions.
Havent been there but i am so excited to try that. New fellow disney creator here looking forward to your videos!
So happy you’re here! Cosmic Rewind is a great addition to WDW. 🤩
Great review without spoiler alert! Thank you this was awesome!!!🌟✨🌟👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽

Good info! I had a buddy get sick on the primeval whirl 😬😬😬
Thanks so much! Primeval Whirl was WILD 😅

Great info! I’m hearing SO many mixed reviews on the motion sickness! I’m planning on an empty stomach before trying this ride!
You’re welcome! There are definitely mixed reviews. I think the key is only focusing on where the vehicle is facing. You’re going to love it! 😊
Excellent video. Would love comparisons to mission space, or expedition Everest.
Thank you!! Great video and so helpful
I love this ride! 🎢 Thanks for watching!!
I should have watched your review last week while in Epcot. I was scared that it was going to be too intense with big drops.
Awww man!!! Next time for sure! It’s thrilling but nothing too crazy. Once you try it, you’ll be hooked.
I am scared of big coasters but I can do smaller family ones, I am going to Disney soon and I have heard awesome reviews about this ride and I am very excited for it, it doesn’t sound that scary too
I’m not a fan of major coasters either 🫣 but this one is amazing. I can’t imagine a trip to EPCOT without riding it. Have fun!!!
By the way, you have a very pleasant voice to listen to!
Aww thank you so much! ✨
Intensity for me was a "10" because I puked and had a vertigo attack afterwards, and I am a guy who loves coasters!
Oh my goodness! That sounds horrible! Can you pinpoint what moment set it off or was it the whole ride in general?
Great review, very well done. Thanks for the info. :)
I really appreciate that! Thank you for watching 😄
@@momisinthemood1133 Thank you! I'll try it then. Haha.

I’m so sorry to hear that he was scared 🥺 The upbeat songs definitely helped my son, and if anything, now that he knows the track, he can really enjoy himself fully. I’m glad that you enjoyed it though! Thanks for sharing your experience. ☺️
GGCR is my favorite ride at WDW. It’s pure FUN! ❤❤❤
It’s definitely my favorite, too! 🤩

Hello! It’s a very unique experience overall, but I’m glad the ride comparisons could give you a better idea. ☺️
I have a spoiler review, too, which breaks this down a bit more:

Thank you for doing this. I don't like roller coaster but I want to ride it. I love the comparison I rode space mountain and passed out on it so I worried the same will happen with this.
I’m so sorry you passed out! This one is definitely very unique, and I’m hope this video helps you to make your decision. 🤗
Hey! thank you so much for this review with no spoilers.
Non spoiler review: it’s insane
Amazing ride!
Great presentation
Thank you! 😃
What triggers my motion sickness is high elevation and mainly just cars so I don’t take the warnings to serious but I’ll never go on mission space orange
Mission: Space is dizzying 😵💫 I usually don’t have any issues on it but I haven’t been on it in a while…
I saw two people get sick after riding it.
It happens 😞 A friend’s husband got sick on it last week, but we feel like it’s because he was looking around a lot (beyond where it faces you) during the ride.
Thank you for this! My 13 year old will go on everything however I am the chicken. Haha.
You have to try it at least once! Hands down my favorite Disney ride. Let me know how it goes ✨
My problem is drops. Does space mountain have biggest drops?
You're welcome! I hope you and your brother have a fantastic time!
Thank you, thank you so much!
Hi there! I saw your review as I was driving to wdw. I’m going to ride it this weekend and I’m generally worried about the darkness and twists/turns
So far I’ve rode the hagrid motorcycle ride and the mummy ride at universal but haven’t touched any of the Disney roller coasters yet.
Can't wait to ride it in Oct.
Yess!! Let the countdown begin! 🎉
It was by far the most intense rollercoaster I have ever been on, then again. 😅
This was perfect info thanks!
I’m so happy that it helped!!! Have an amazing ride! ✨
@@momisinthemood1133 oh and no confirmation copy needed. Maybe they say that in case there’s an issue, but all we needed were our bands like you said.
@@jessicahalesalazar2274 The music really takes it over the top! The whole experience felt like dream. 😍😍😍
@@jessicahalesalazar2274 Woohoo! I was a bit nervous that we would need a confirmation. I’m so happy you enjoyed it!
thanks! Anyone know how this compares to Everest? I find Everest fun but Slinky makes me feel very nauseated.
Hi!! ✨
So, are there any major front drops that I should be worried about. My son gets scared of those.😂
Hi there! I am the same way 😆 There are some dips, but there are no major drops (like Splash Mountain or Everest) in this ride.
@@momisinthemood1133 awesome, thank you so much. This video helped me!!
Very helpful! Thank you
You are very welcome! 😊
Thank you for such good video!!!
You are very welcome! I hope it helps! ☺️
So this ride doesn’t get your stomach? Im actually scared
I thought it was intense but very fun and no motion sickness at all.
Yayy! I love hearing that!!
I was afraid for my 4 year old life! I honest.y thought she would fly out !!! But gosh it was good. She was more scared because of me
Soooo good! I thought my kiddo was going to fall out too 😭 I’m happy you enjoyed it!
