CW isn't a preinstalled app. You can either go to settings then to apps and uninstall. Or simply touch the icon and hold for a couple seconds. A small option menu will appear that lets you uninstall.

Cant unless game has resolution scale to lower it which some big name intensive games have. The Samsung app that used to be able to lower the game resolution does not work on Android 8.0+ and seems abandoned and gimped. The tablet is only 1280 x 800 so is already lower res the SoC (CPU/GPU) is just on low end.
