In this Bic Flex 5 Hybrid Razor review I share my thoughts on these shaving razors after using them for over 3 years.
I can't say with 100% certainty that this is the best shaving razor for men, but it is my current favorite razor when it comes to the value and the job it does.
I would say this is a budget razor, based upon the fact that they are priced low for what you get. This Bic Flex 5 titanium razor package comes with 1 handle and 7 blades/cartridges. Even though they are priced like budget razors, in my opinion, they do a much better job than many more expensive razors I've tried.

Flex 5 refers to the disposal razors, the head can’t be detached. The hybrid comes with a handle and cartridges and the cartridges can be replaced.
