I started my arena fighter journey with Naruto Storm, and for me the gameplay of Demon Slayer surpassing storm and is a breath of fresh air in comparison to other Arena fighters. Demon Slayer 1 had somewhat of a rough launch but I believe demon slayer 2 can learn from that and raise the bar in the genre. I'm so hype for DS2
Matsuyama said in an interview the reason why they did an original Boruto story is because they know that the character of Boruto is not as popular or liked and that an original story might change their minds. You can tell they tried to avoid Boruto as much considering he’s not on the cover despite being in the title, not on the Home Screen startup or the first thing you see when booting up the character select. A Boruto centric game won’t happen for a good few years if at all lol
Its a shame because its not like Boruto doesn't have material worth adapting in video game form. I still have hope that we will see story DLCs for Storm C, but it might just be wishful thinking
@ if you really breakdown each arc from Boruto there’s barely more than 2 fights if that. Storm 4 has the shortest story mode out of the mainline games (excluding S1) and it adapted 100 chapters. But if you compare Boruto’s pacing to Naruto’s you’ll see how little boruot actually has. But yeah I do wish we’ll get story dlc for connections, particularly The Last as an adaptation but that’s just wishful thinking lol
