I have appointment on tuesday. Tapos bigla ko naalala si kuya rene boy, dati palagi ako nag hahanap ng tips kay kuya reneboy kasi malaki naitutulong nito lalo na yung sa pag boost ng confidence mo. Btw, nung nag apply ako sa Concentrix Voice Account bali di ako nakapasa sa final interview then I tried applying again the next month then di padin nakapasa😪 after that po siguro mga half month of april naka received ako ng text coming from the company na my application has been considered to a non-voice account then yun tinawagan nila ako ang luckily nakapasa ako and now june 14 ang start ko, and still watching and hoping for more tips na ipost mo kuya Reneboy.

Mas maganda pa rin talaga ang non-voice kasi less likely ka na maging verbal punching bag ng mga irate customer sa phone. Personally, mas less mentally taxing at emotionally damaging ang mga written profanity kaysa yung sisigawan ka lagi. Sayang lang at masyado akong mabagal mag type para mag qualify sa non-voice.
Baka naman yung email rep pwedeng i-hack gamit ang chatgpt lol! Syempre aayusin mo pa rin yung output ni chatgpt para di mag mukhang gunggong yung email, writing assistant lang si chatgpt lol!
Edit: you said 35 wpm pala, which I can hit minsan pero not sure talaga ako kung sapat na ba talaga ang 35 wpm.

Btw I just applied a nonvoice acc and final interview ko nung friday, it went fine naman tas sinabihan ako na keep my lines open dahil iuupdate kami sa result ng application. Actually I just resigned last april telco account ako tas ngayon gusto ko ma-try ang nonvoice haha since mabilis ako magtype kasi keyboard warrior akos a dota at league of legends 😂
