I mean the flashy grinder scenes were what a lot of people want, but the introduction of Alys I think was the high point of the episode especially with her first interaction with Daemon.
being aware of the events to unfold ,this episode was high level stressful. My heart started breaking from the moment Cole got that piece of paper 😭💔 rip Rhaenys and Meleys 🐉
@@bevssabado3460 I agree but I'm fascinated by how they're changing things. Things that don't necessarily effect the overall outcome but have a great deal of bearing on the actual motives behind what different characters did.
Knowing that this battle happens and who dies, the way that music started (I think it was right after Rhaenys volunteered) and then just kept going until the battle... CHILLS.
A couple of things you may not be aware of The big Dragon is called Vhagar and she is actually the biggest in the world, Dragons in this world keep growing until there sheer size and weight actually kill them.
So "it factor" = dragon fights? 🐉 I have liked all of the episodes this season. I love the character development. My favorite scene so far was the interaction between Rhaenyra and Allicent in the Sept at the end of episode 3. The book version of Rook's Rest shows it as a trap for Rhaenys but both Aegon and Aemond both arrive together and Aemond is not at all trying to hurt his brother.
@@MelissaWorcester I’ve liked every episode as well! ESPECIALLY that scene with Alicent and Rhaenyra. There were just whispers (tweets) before this episode that it took the season up a notch, and I agree that was the case!
Yeah that's what I gathers as far as people banging sharp metal sticks together and a dragon fight. I agree the Sept discussion was the high point for me so far and really threw Allicent off her high horse and into a pit of doubt. This episode was just a fallout episode from the previous thirteen. Also Alys was pulled off well, can't wait to see more.

@@Harldin The thing about me is…I’m terrible with names, but I appreciate the tip lol. When all else fails, it’ll be “dinosaur dragon” in a pinch 😂
I'm also fascinated to see what they do with the Alys Rivers character. I suspect it will be another case of it not being exactly like the book.
Dragon Fight!!! That was intense!
I think there were corpses in a pool of blood at the end of the tapestry credits that was new - maybe the Brackens v Blackwoods aftermath?
Oooooh good eye!
grandma vhagar needs regular snacks from team black
