I would totally French door that extra bonus space off the living room and put your office/gaming room. That way you can game and Casey can watch tv shows and you guys are still pretty together… I think that’s a much better plan, just a suggestion of great use of space🤗 LOVE that your parents are helping! That’s what it’s all about!
That's exactly my thought as well. I would not use the third bedroom for a gaming, editing room. Gotta keep in mind when his parents and Alexa go together for a vacation.

Kyle, the master shower door we have one and you’re only supposed to push it and pull it in word not outward. That will keep the water from getting onto the bathroom floor. I know it’s crazy and backwards but that’s the only way to avoid the water getting onto the floor.
you are so blessed to have your mom and dad be willing to fly across the country and work their tails off helping you move in. Please be sure to verbally thank them and let them know how much you appreciate them! They are true gems and are hard workers!

With a dad so handy if I was him I'd been right beside him trying to learn. That way don't have his a handy man as the time but for major repairs.

Yeah for real. I have really never looked at his comments until now and I'm starting to see a lot of other viewers are feeling the way I feel. I like Kyle allot but he's starting to act extremely entitled. Also his general lack of knowledge on so many basic things. I really hope he takes a step back and realizes how he is looking to viewers is not good for the long term viability of his channel.
Seems like this generation is expected to have everything done for them so they don't have to lift a finger. I clean a bigger house than this and do my own yard work by myself with a bad back and a bad knee. It is time to grow up and show respect not only to your parents but to Casey. Congrats! The “crown molding” is the baseboard. All houses have that. Strange that the house is 2 years old and doesn’t have toilet paper holders, towel holders, etc in the bathrooms. Kudos to your mom for walking up and down all those stairs over and over. Installing ceiling fans isn’t simple when you don’t have ceiling lights.

The garage is definitely deep enough to have two cars pulled in and some gym equipment at the back near the door. It’s probably at least an 8’x12’ space he has there if he backs his BMW up about 3’.

I don’t think that some people commenting understand that parents typically enjoy helping out when their child buys a home for the first time as it’s a proud moment for them as well. I would put a couple chairs and couch in the extra room downstairs for more seating or make it a dedicated editing room with an added barndoor or something for privacy!
Shower tip: Your supposed to pull the shower door in as you exit and leave it open a little to dry out or mold will grow...but

Casey’s makeup area should be within the master bathroom not the office. The office is for work and it truly belongs better downstairs and close off the room with French doors. Also don’t rush to make the home “perfect” all at once or else you’ll be left broke. Take your time and do it right. You have a long time there to do it all calmly.
I'm hoping when Kyle was done filming for the day he grabbed some tools to help dad put in the soft touch hardware in the kitchen. Great time to start to learn some real world big-boy skills and not rely on "drawer service".🤣

Especially moving to a new place. The let me be in charge of the girl stuff like the kitchen while they tend to hooking stuff up. Leave the bedrooms upstairs as bedrooms. Install French doors on the "bonus" area and turn into office/ gaming room. Then sister and parents all have their own rooms when they visit.
