I Can't tell how crisp , accurate and full of industry examples was this video. Need hundreds of these videos on every topic. Pls keep up the excellent work. I already subscribed.
*Without wasting time* , I liked and subscribed 😁 Others just read text book datas in the name of piping Engineering vidoes, rarely saw such a good content video wherein practical requirements been shared. Please keep post this kind of vidoes.
You are giving very wonderful explanations I definitely remember that this is an important video in the field of piping.I think the problem people who work in the piping industry have is that they lack basic knowledge since they do not create the opportunity and do not know . who work in piping field for many years without further strengthening themselves about the basics. That is the reality. All the people who watch this video of yours will definitely strengthen their skills in the field of piping and no one will have any alternative opinion on. Your video will be of great help to everyone to improve their knowledge Thank you so much for doing such a great job through your site
Hii Subhash Sir first of all thanks for your support towards us .I'm very happy that I subscribed your channel and I gone through your videos one by one it's very well explained on each points of view for our oil and gas industry. Waiting for your upcoming to upgrade ourselves... Once again thanks alot 🙏🙏
Watching your video, your example of loops going into a pump. The balance of a pump is very important,, we often need to provide some flexibility to a pump suction to prevent undue loads. I'm not so sure that I agree with you, my name shall not be shared but I'll suggest that I manage the largest Piping Engineering & Design group in North America. I will still thumbs up your video and leave you with a question. Which way does a temporary strainer go into a system and why? Please answer without looking it up. I lived and worked in Gurgaon for quite some time.......I really appreciate you taking the time to post this video to advance the knowledge
Thanks for complimenting. The point is should not provide loops which would disturb the gravity flow and moreover upward loop ll become a place for vapour accumulation which is not good for suction due to cavitation issue. Flexibility loop is required only if the nozzle load goes high. Strainer should be near to pump suction nozzle and it should be accessible for maintenance.
Sir please tell me about what’s should be distance between one pipe to another pipe And what should be distance between equipment wall to pipe as you show by routing pipe on tower close to towers wall so please tell about
Ok. Pipe to pipe distance is known as pipe spacing which is one inch from the OD of the one pipe to the OD of the flange of other pipe. There is no such requirement for equipment and piping. Naturally piping won't be closer to equipment wall.

@@neyazsiddique3630 Yes largest line should always be outside, so that the weight of piping will go to the immediate structure and also wont cause any sagging, unlike placing it in the center. High temperature lines should also be at the edge of rack to ease the provision of expansion loop

Very helpful video... thanks sir 👍
Thanks for explaining nicely sir. Can you please make a video for calculating the pressure drop in the pipe.
super video
Very useful sir
Can you make videos on SP 3D and E3D ??
How to do line routing study from P&ID please make detail video on it. It will help us
Sure i will. However, conceptually the requirements are same as mentioned in this video. This requirement applies to all layouts.
Thanks so much
sir its very help full sir pls do more videos and also do E3d software piping tuturial sir
Hi Jeyanth, I ll try my best to put more videos in piping. But I don't have expertise in E3D, so I may not be able to do tat.

Please make a video on heat exchanger piping with pfd and p&I'd ,unit layout
Can you suggest a book specially for piping routing......????
