I love the super BM of Kel'thuzad's well played. "Ofcourse I played well, I'm Kel'thu-freaking-zad." Basically saying "Ofcourse I won, I'm Kel;thu-freaking-zad".
I had to laugh when my opponent rolled 'Rafaam' then played 'Sir Finley' at the start of the game. He was screwed from that moment onwards with both 'Uncover Staff Peices' just wasting mana! Lol.
This tavern brawl was great, I loved it. More than in constructed or arena, I found myself confuddled by some of the possible plays I could make. But the most fun thing about this brawl was when you played as Rafaam. When you win as Rafaam you feel like a boss. Got the Malygos, Velen, 3dmg to all minions spell combo. 16 dmg to all enemies. This was a game where the Kel-Thuzad did not suck and did not play spiders.
+Hahahahaaahaahaa prob just to make it so one is more affected than the other about heal / set health effects like tree of life, reno jackson, alex, etc
+KarstenOkk except you cant play reno even at 10th turn and expect it to work, you can play alex at any turn when you acquire her.... 4 less mana - 4 mana alex. Most likely you wont be getting alex to play it on below 5 mana turn anyway so you can play it immediately after you acquire her and since KT has no heals he cant counter it where as rafaam can pull out healbots and the like.
+Alonso CM Not really, I lost my two first games when i got KT. Mostly because they rushed full rod and got retardedly good legendaries. Both got mother fucking death wing the same turn I commited. #Krippluck
+Geoff Easter I actually got Kel'Thuzad two times out of my 11 games with Rafaam. Having Kel'Thuzad while fighting Kel'Thuzad is kinda hilarious. Also fun thing I saw while playing KT, enemy Rafaam got Sideshow spellslinger with his 2nd tier hero power and copied it xD It was KT vs KT. Of course, real KT won.
Initially I hated playing as Rafaam. Although when I did get both Uncover Staff Pieces when taking the second turn, it was stupid how fast the Legendary Minions fall into place. Dr. Boom, Emperor Tharissan, Onyxia, and then even summoning the two heroes. Now that was kinda funny, seeing Rafaam and Kel'Thuzad in two places at the same time.
How to win as Rafaam: Get super lucky by upgrading your hero power as soon as possible (while Kelthuzad has the typical heigan/impossible board to deal with), hero power into sneeds, next turn hero power into mal-ganis, while getting a kelthuzad from sneeds. Who has the Kelthuzad now? And it was still a ridiculously close game -.- This game takes so much skill. No seriously, all the Kelthuzad player needs to do is know what he's doing, which means never playing mad scientist or haunted creeper to destroy his hero power.
I'd argue that you should NEVER mulligan a staff piece. Kripp argues that doing so will open your odds for a non-staff piece because you always draw a piece if you dont have one. But in that case, it's a moot point because the card you get from a mull is random as well as your draw if you do mull. So far, it seems as if ditching the staff piece literally does nothing. That said, keeping the staff allows you to potentially draw the 2nd upgrade as your first draw. This little nudge is a win.
The brawl was fairly balanced, especially if you play enough games for die rolls to even out. Rafaam is really dependent upon not getting complete garbage out of his hero power but Kel'Thuzad has literal dead cards in his deck that you never want to play unless you're completely desperate since they just make your hero power terrible. Some openings are obscene (heigen backed up by duplicate is just disgusting if they can't transform him) but those are exceptions. My win rate with both was about the same and I say that as someone that pulled about ten wisps out of the staff so it couldn't just have been luck.
I don't get why people say Kel'Thuzad is so good. Probably because most people suck at the game. KT is easier to play, but it is very balanced if you play both classes well. If you're Rafaam, just don't waste your boards clears (you got 60 health so yes you can wait) and for God's sake don't play the staff piece into counterspell. I won about 10 out of 12 games, one loss each, probably 5 wins each as well
When I was battling my brother as KelThuzad I played a sludge belcher. He kills it and I imediattly use my hero power and I revive the same sludge belcher for 7 turns.
*Best Kel'Thuzad tactic*: Play only Heigan The Unclean, when Refaam kills it, Hero Power and only use spells. Works 100% of the time, and I'm not even joking
I love how the entire advanage Kel had in this brawl really boils down to two cards: haunted creeper and mad scientist. Yes ressurecting these minions might suck (arguably though, because getting repeated deathrattle of the scientist is agrevating all hell). Because essentially the tactic when you're Kel is to overwhelm the board. Raffam has clears but he can't keep clearing for ever and Kel'thuzad simply had better tmpo plays even despite the fact that a lot of Rafaam's clears are 0 mana. And this tempo adventage is entirely due to creeper and scientist and I think it's telling that those two are Nax minions. That is definitely the point when the game became such an incredible hurdle for control decks.
Without Heigan and Gothic it may have been balanced.. But if you get either of those early you just dominate by permanent resurrecting them. This brawl should be dubbed: "NO I CAN NOT BE DEFEATED!"
My favourite part of this brawl was when you just played exclusively Gothik, and Rafaam has to choose between taking a bunch of 5 Attack swings every turn, or take a bunch of 5 and 4 attack swings every turn. The only way Rafaam can possibly win against this strategy is if he turns the first Gothik into a snake.
+zoroko123 Bullshit. I played 10 as KT and 11 as Rafaam, won only 6 out of 11 as Rafaam and won ALL TEN OUT OF TEN as KT. Just don't play creeper, if you got coin counterspell you win on turn 3, if you get the unclean one just play him on turn 3 and never play anything else, keep reviving him and watch them kill your opponent for you. If you get a lot of board just play 7 mana guy and buff them out of proportions (my fav is when you have that lady bluxeslufheg and she has her horseman making her immune and then buffing her up to 5/12 while being immune) etc. KT has so many ways to win, only way for Rafaam to win is either by luck granted from RNG Gods about his legendaries or getting bunch of taunts (again, by luck, cause he has no in his deck) and retaining the board like Krip did in last game, that's the point when KT cant get back in the game. But let's be real here, even for you to get some taunts or proper legendaries, it's still RNG based and if KT just plays secret on turn 2 you have no choice but to upgrade your hero power. This was terribly unbalanced TB.
+Stefan Kojadinov Well, I won almost all my Rafaam games (9 out of 11 I think). Mulligan agressively for the spell that turns a minion into a viper, and the naga who transforms minions. Rafaam has more board control tools, and his upgraded hero power is insane (yes you need a bit of luck, but when using it each turn you're guaranteed to enventually get crazy legendaries for a ridicule cost). Also, a lot of people have no clue how to play KT (or Rafaam for that matter) making it easy to win. When they're coining mad scientist or creeper on turn 1, you know you'll have an easy win.
Game Play - 8bit Heavy Metal Exactly like you have easy win when you get coin counterspell as KT. See, I am VERY good player and I started playing as soon as this TB came out, in first few hours, I SAW people who don't have idea how to play both, I saw my fair of share of Rafaams who have no idea what they are doing but KT's as well. But since I am very good player, KT is easier to win cause he is calm and steady, when both characters are equvaly good in HS, I think only way Rafaam can win is some cheesy legandary. Mad scientist and creeper really made me laugh every time I played as Rafaam, I gotta admit it.
I played 9 games of tavern brawl. Here's how they went: Got Rafaam for the first 8 games and got completely destroyed every time. It wasn't even close. And even when it was close, it just wasn't even close. Then I finally get to play one game as Kel'Thuzad and just totally annihilate my opponent. Because balance.
First 5 games in a row I played were Rafaam, and I only won 2: one where I lasted until fatigue and happened to get Reno, and one where the opponent conceded for no reason upon game start. Every other time, RNG screwed me over.
I don't blame the TB team for not putting in sounds for a number of cards (especially for Kel'Thuzad's minions). This matchup looked long to make and required a lot of balance testing that it justifies the small little problems.
If you have a card that upgrades your hero power in your starting hand, it's possible to dra the second one at the first time. But the odds of it are low, since it seems to be like a regular draw.
Yep, that's the strategy. I made my opponent concede after I revived two Thaddiuses :D and a bunch of stalaggs. But other time my openent killed me using same strategy with some card with deathrattle minion that deals damage to it's owner.
This brawl is always awesome :). Today its here again, i played as rafaam, drew the second staff piece on turn 2 :). Later, my enemy played noth + effigy, i kill noth and he gets majordomo executus :). I LAUGHED SO HARD HAHA.
Mulligan Shard of salfurus and you win, I've only played 7 times all with Rafaam and I haven't lost yet. Rafaam felt quite OP, he just has an answer to everything and if you draw into lady Naz'Jar it's basically auto win.
What's the idea behind always mulliganing the Staff Piece, since you always draw it as your first card? The card you get from the mulligan, or the otherwise first card drawn are equally random, no?
I live in hope that one day Blizz will make a 'X vs. Y' Tavern Brawl where one of the combatants ISN'T clearly OP. Every single time it's been the case where one guy's on easy street, and the other guy has to pull off some insanely lucky strategy to win. I think the only one that was pretty evenly matched was the Bomb Bot vs. Annoy-o-tron Brawl.
D0A17599 Well, you may be right there, but it still goes to Blizz's overall policy of 'we make things broken first, then we fix by adding OP to the less OP side'.
Raffam is good, just hard mulligan for shard of sulfarus and play ur staff spells and wait for him to build up a board and BAM u get full board control and then play your scarvash and such
Nice to see they're leaving the playtesting of the Staff Hero Power to players, at least. I look forward to seeing that play out in the next Adventure.
They've been known to show previews of new mechanics through the Brawls, most notably Discover and the mini-generator Priests are getting. League of Explorers was Hearthstone's first original storyline, so to speak, and the Staff of Origination mechanic is easy enough to implement. We already have Golden Monkey, but that's a single use only. The Staff itself is another tool that can close out otherwise long games. The whole thing has the look and feel of something fair, but they fear might be overpowered in the actual game, so it's matched up against something grossly unfair. That, combined with the more obvious continuation of League's story and its interaction with TGT's mechanics, suggests to me that it'll get into the game for real at some point. But obviously, I've been wrong before. Dwarves still aren't their own tribe, and I've been calling that for a while. We'll know for sure around year's end. They might also just be testing the weighting of cards; like we'll get a card that shuffles something into your deck, but you're guaranteed to draw it in X amount of turns. That's how the staff pieces work now, there are other things you can add it to.
Surely it doesn't matter to mulligan the hero power upgrade as Rafaam. You either keep it and get a random first draw or you mulligan it and get a random replacement and then draw the upgrade card anyway. It's exactly the same either way.
I really had no patience for this brawl. This is the first brawl I ever only played till I won a game, and that's saying something considering just how ridiculous some of the previous brawls were in terms of favored decks.
turn 2 i coin upgraded drew into the next piece turn 3 played it and slammed a legendary every turn the rest of the game even ended up with a confessor for extra lulz later on. Love this tbrawl!
and dont forget ranzuvious' weapon for KT that deals 10 dmg if you're attacking face(no taunts in rafaams deck unless he gets a legendary) and has 2 durability. 2xranz in the deck =40 dmg... and maybe one aswell from the card that spawn bosses(60 dmg) add gothik's ads and heigan's power rng'ing on face...
If you always draw a staff piece then mulliganing the card is the same as not doing so, right? You end up with 2 cards you know, 1 staff piece and 1 random card both ways.
i only played one game of TB this week and got Rafaam and completely rekt KT. I won in 9 turn, without taking dmg and upgrading my heropower to lvl 3, so i thought that this TB is kind of lame if its that onesided, so i didnt play it anymore. funny to see now that it is the other way round, as i experienced it :D
About that "you're gonna draw it anyways' thing: it's not true I fought the unluckiest guy ever, he didn't have the upgrade up until turn 9 No, he wasn't just keeping it in his hand, I know it because he played his entire hand on turn 8 And then, once he finally got it... It got countered I feel for that poor guy, but it was funny as hell
+nick bio - You also have to never use removal. Helgan and Gothik, spammed by Necromancy, just make it impossible. With no activators, Gothik just eats your board up.
I played a game as KT and drew feugen and stalag in my opening hand, played nothing till turn 4 then coined out stalag, turn 5 played feugen. For the rest of the game I didn't play another minion , only using my hero power each turn for a 100% chance of an 11 or better. I won the game easily , completely insane.....
On you´r point of mulliganing the staff piece. It doesn´t matter as in every single case you get a staff piece and a random card (by mulling or drawing)
My Favorite Card was Gothik the Harvester. Just keep re-spawning that card with the Duplicate secret and you force them to use all their spells early. Fill their side so much that they can not spawn any minions. Did this like 4 times, it's Fucking hilarious
Well the mulligan advice sounds a bit odd, there is no reason to mulligan the staff upgrade card. If you keep the staff upgrade in your hand, you have it when your turn starts and draw a random card. if you throw it out, you get a random card and draw it when your turn starts. So it's same thing. It might be even better to keep it because then you have a chance to draw the second upgrade on your first turn, so you can upgrade earlier.
+dire wolf α After about 4 games as KelThuzad I got really bored of him (he played basicly like a glorified face hunter) and only played Rafaam from that point on. Yes, I lost 65% of the games, but he was still much funer to play.
The best thing that happened to me while I was playing this was I was playing Kel'Thuzad and the enemy Rafaam got his fully upgraded hero power and got Sir Finley Mrrgglton... goodbye hero power XD
The first time I played this brawl, I got Kel'Thuzad and coined out a Dark Cultist. I proceeded to lose because my hero power resurrected Dark Cultist 5 times in a row, then a 1/1 skeleton, then a Dark Cultist. I seriously thought the game had bugged out.
+Guru Gamma If there's one lesson I learned in this tavern brawl, NEVER resurrect early on when you played a weak minion SPECIALLY if that minion was mad scientist!
By the way, most Nax legendaries in thia brawl are not really legendaries, they miss the orange gem, so are like basic. Rend Blackhand won't kill them.
that one legend with the tidal wave has to be a leaked one trying to show us it for an easter egg, they wouldn't waste that much time producing a card with animations for 1 week of play
If this brawl has a repeat it would be cool if all 3 expansion end bosses could be played, so it would randomly rotate Kel'Thuzad, Rafaam, and Nefarian. And also buff Rafaam.
Yup. That's me.
Kel'thu-freaking-zad!
+Andrew Smalley Oops? ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
+Andrew Smalley Go fuck yourself
+Kel' Thuzad RAFAAAM THE SUPREME ARCHAEOLOGIST !!!
+Andrew Smalley obvious troll is obvious
Step 1: Mulligan into Duplicate and Heigan.
Step 2: Don't play anything but hero power and Heigans.
Step 3: Afk while Heigans nuke your opponent.
xD
+Sam M. almost did that, enemy used the snake spell :'( RIP heigen and duplicate
+Sam M. I managed to pull that off first game of the brawl
+Sam M. Gothik is a pretty decent alternative as long as your opponent doesn't play the tide card.
+Sam M. try filling a board with them
My favourite part of this brawl was emoting 'Sigh, back to the drawing board', when my opponent played Reno. Most relevant emote NA.
+HammerspaceCreature i wish reno just gave the opponent that emote for the next turn after. Would be hilarious
I love the super BM of Kel'thuzad's well played.
"Ofcourse I played well, I'm Kel'thu-freaking-zad."
Basically saying
"Ofcourse I won, I'm Kel;thu-freaking-zad".
It's just the same wording from the adventure
how to win as kel' thuzad: don't play haunted creeper
+joe flack xDDD
or anub'rhekan
he's actualy decent
A hedgehog’s heart beats 300 times a minute on average.

Poor thing...
Of course Kel'Thuzad is better. He's Kel'Thu-freakin-zad!
Hi, hello.
+Kel' Thuzad noticed by senpai.
+Mathmachine except where rafam gets kel thu freaking zad
I had to laugh when my opponent rolled 'Rafaam' then played 'Sir Finley' at the start of the game. He was screwed from that moment onwards with both 'Uncover Staff Peices' just wasting mana! Lol.
OMG.what a idiot xD
+Paradise Decay I swear every time I get Neptulon he gives me Sir Finley and it sits in my hand for the rest of the game ~__~
18:40 I will return!
*instantly returns*

I assume the armor for KT was for the Rafaam Alex pull. 15 damage instead of 45
Or they just mirrored the Nefarian Ragnaros brawl
:)
+Hahahahaaahaahaa prob just to make it so one is more affected than the other about heal / set health effects like tree of life, reno jackson, alex, etc
+Hahahahaaahaahaa If Rafaam was the one with armor we could be saying Rafaam had the armor for the Rafaam Reno pull. It's most likely arbitrary.
+KarstenOkk except you cant play reno even at 10th turn and expect it to work, you can play alex at any turn when you acquire her.... 4 less mana - 4 mana alex. What an incredible amount of luck this krip guy has
***** bullshit
+DexDacozed Yet most people watch him just for the whining.
Need some salt to go with these lucky charms. They're mage-ically delicious.
+zimri19 He got lucky these games but got wrecked on a couple brawls the next stream.
+zimri19 I think he was referring to Blizzard's reasoning how "RNG cards are skill because skilled players can use RNG better" or something like that.

Also fun thing I saw while playing KT, enemy Rafaam got Sideshow spellslinger with his 2nd tier hero power and copied it xD It was KT vs KT. Of course, real KT won.
Gives us tips when he realises the video when TB ends, cheers kripp.

I thought you meant TotalBiscuit and I went to check out his channel, hoping he released a Hearthstone video.
Then it struck me.
His power has been out, moron.
ElectTheDeadBelgium Same xD
Damn, you played like a beast that last game!
I actually lost every single game with Kel’Thuzad and only won with Rafaam
+Quiestre Then you're the outlier. KT is better, period.
But I also won every game with Rafaam
+Quiestre I was the complete opposite, never won as Rafaam and I lost as Jaraxxas. Maybe it depends on how you usually play hearthstone? o.O
Willy Ham No. Rafaam blows ass.
I played 1 game with Rafaam and won. 100% winrate! (and yes, I played only 1 game of tavern brawl)
15:20 worst possible 2 drop, best possible 2 drop

14:20 staff of crack best hero power
It actually makes it fun in its own way to have the battle be unbalanced. It plays with your confidence.
The brawl was fairly balanced, especially if you play enough games for die rolls to even out. RNG hates me and my hero power gave me dummy multiple times(even after I upgraded it to staff 2).
Huk6
I'd take that over another 0-drop, at least it can usually soak up like 4-8 damage and be halfway decent tempo. That is pretty unlucky though.
+The Message's Movies I'm still salty. I got dummy three times in a row in one game.
I don't get why people say Kel'Thuzad is so good. Probably because most people suck at the game. KT is easier to play, but it is very balanced if you play both classes well. YES! Someone who understands.
Hahaha! Gothik comes back as Spectral Gothik this time! loooool, amazing reference to the Naxx adventure.
You edited out your facial expression after Antonidas showed up? That was the best part of that match!
I'm pretty sure Kel'thuzad's hero power is "Summon a mad scientist even though you're out of secrets"
The only person who ask me how its going.
+Ahmed Al shouwaikh How its going?

Same with my opponent who did the same thing with gothik
gotta say it again - I really enjoy your videos. Good work!
when the mirror image card attacks it should say the same thing jaina says when she attacks with a weapon
i love it when the slithering archer gos up against a full board... .vomit arrows. destruction
3:36 Sooo instead of DRAWING a random card we MULLIGAN for random card. Wise words Kripp, wise words.
*Best Kel'Thuzad tactic*:
Play only Heigan The Unclean, when Refaam kills it, Hero Power and only use spells. Works 100% of the time, and I'm not even joking
or the ghost guy cause even if they take care of the real minion he will still be punished for it

Drunk Easter, upvoting Kripp because he is right, and playing control in Tavern Brawl because its setup often rewards that kind of play.
I don't blame the TB team for not putting in sounds for a number of cards (especially for Kel'Thuzad's minions). This matchup looked long to make and required a lot of balance testing that it justifies the small little problems.
I was landing on Rafaam every single time but I won 11 times with it and just 3 of them with KT.
OMG THE LAST FIGHT WAS AWESOME!!!!!
This one was pretty great, but I still like Nefarian vs Ragnaros more, but that's because I like the fire and dragons theme instead of the undead.
I liked the old one better, it felt more balanced.
+Ra-Nd -Om No thanks, we played that shit 2 or 3 times already...
2veki
Still not as bad as banana brawl.
Ra-Nd -Om Or Spiders everywhere...
If you have a card that upgrades your hero power in your starting hand, it's possible to dra the second one at the first time. But the odds of it are low, since it seems to be like a regular draw.
One of the coolest brawls blizzard released.
Yep, that's the strategy. I made my opponent concede after I revived two Thaddiuses :D and a bunch of stalaggs. But other time my openent killed me using same strategy with some card with deathrattle minion that deals damage to it's owner.
that last game convinced me how fucking good kripp is at hearthstone
I'd love to see a variation of Nefarian VS K'T or Rafaam VS Rag or the other combinations of those.
Inb4 kripperinos FeelsGoodMan
the second match I played, I was againis a Rafaam guy, and he upgraded twice his hero power
and the FIRST legendary he played was Sir Finley.
This brawl is always awesome :). Today its here again, i played as rafaam, drew the second staff piece on turn 2 :). Later, my enemy played noth + effigy, i kill noth and he gets majordomo executus :). I LAUGHED SO HARD HAHA.
How to win:
1. Get to play as Kel' thuzad.
sorry, you fucked up your joke.
Its not a joke its a fact.
+Stefan Stanev fucked up anyway
Mr. cake You don't have to be a fucking bitch about it.
+Stefan Stanev The only way i won as Rafaam was getting deathwing, alexstrasza, and the 5 damage AOE burn. Topdecks, top kek
Mulligan Shard of salfurus and you win, I've only played 7 times all with Rafaam and I haven't lost yet. Rafaam felt quite OP, he just has an answer to everything and if you draw into lady Naz'Jar it's basically auto win.
You guys I just played a game where I counter spell'd the guys first staff piece and the next turn he soul fire'd away his other one. So sick.
What's the idea behind always mulliganing the Staff Piece, since you always draw it as your first card? The card you get from the mulligan, or the otherwise first card drawn are equally random, no?
Kel'Thu-freaking-zad, wasnt it Totalbiscuit who once said that in a video?
I live in hope that one day Blizz will make a 'X vs. Y' Tavern Brawl where one of the combatants ISN'T clearly OP. Every single time it's been the case where one guy's on easy street, and the other guy has to pull off some insanely lucky strategy to win. I think the only one that was pretty evenly matched was the Bomb Bot vs. Annoy-o-tron Brawl.
+LabTech Ragnaros vs. Nefarian was the WORST!
D0A17599 I know, and all the subsequent ones were varying shades of that, which is why I said that the mech one was the only near-balanced one.
I think there have only been three vs. brawls though? nefarian/rag boom/annoy-o-tron kel/rafaam. So 2/3 suck. Gr8 blizzard, much thanks ^^
+RaichuWizDom how do you figure that hero power will be in the next adventure?
Love this tbrawl!
same lol xD
and dont forget ranzuvious' weapon for KT that deals 10 dmg if you're attacking face(no taunts in rafaams deck unless he gets a legendary) and has 2 durability. 2xranz in the deck =40 dmg... and maybe one aswell from the card that spawn bosses(60 dmg) add gothik's ads and heigan's power rng'ing on face...
He has 1 Razuvious in the deck; as with all the other Naxxramas bosses
6:08 are you sure? Justicard still exists and you can draw it with hero power.
If you always draw a staff piece then mulliganing the card is the same as not doing so, right? You end up with 2 cards you know, 1 staff piece and 1 random card both ways.
i feel like when standard goes live kripp will be rank one legend easy
rafaan has one almost every game I've played, when I'm kt it could be argued about my lack of skill but when I'm RAF it remains consistent.
i only played one game of TB this week and got Rafaam and completely rekt KT. I won in 9 turn, without taking dmg and upgrading my heropower to lvl 3, so i thought that this TB is kind of lame if its that onesided, so i didnt play it anymore. funny to see now that it is the other way round, as i experienced it :D
About that "you're gonna draw it anyways' thing: it's not true
I fought the unluckiest guy ever, he didn't have the upgrade up until turn 9
No, he wasn't just keeping it in his hand, I know it because he played his entire hand on turn 8
And then, once he finally got it... It got countered
I feel for that poor guy, but it was funny as hell
6:40 Skipp
first two games i got rafam and won, basically u want to upgrade his hero power asap and just spam it to get the good legendaries at low cost,
+nick bio - You also have to never use removal.
Sucks to be Rafaam.
+dire wolf α But his hero power is super fun. I once won a game with Rafaam with 2 of his get a better hero power piece in my hand. I won turn 5.
+Brian Vo one game i got majordomo then jaraxxus and then jaraxxus, i was not happy
+dire wolf α After about 4 games as KelThuzad I got really bored of him (he played basicly like a glorified face hunter) and only played Rafaam from that point on. Yes, I lost 65% of the games, but he was still much funer to play.
Rafaam is the best if you understand how to play, I always win with Rafaam
+dire wolf α no its more fun, stop being bad
2017 here. KelThuz is the underdog now.
Played around 20 games, lost once lol. And yes, Lady Naz'jar is a way to go, she carried my Rafaam games more than any card.
+Guru Gamma Similiar thing happened to me, i got about 4 or 5 dark cultists
+Guru Gamma If there's one lesson I learned in this tavern brawl, NEVER resurrect early on when you played a weak minion SPECIALLY if that minion was mad scientist!
oh have the tables have turned
By the way, most Nax legendaries in thia brawl are not really legendaries, they miss the orange gem, so are like basic. Rend Blackhand won't kill them.
I only played one, but from what I saw, Rafaam isn't bad either. The stuff that improves his hero power gets bonkers.
Fair and balanced mage cards lul 22:43
that one legend with the tidal wave has to be a leaked one trying to show us it for an easter egg, they wouldn't waste that much time producing a card with animations for 1 week of play
Animation is from LoE
If this brawl has a repeat it would be cool if all 3 expansion end bosses could be played, so it would randomly rotate Kel'Thuzad, Rafaam, and Nefarian.
And also buff Rafaam.
Actually nevermind, don't buff Rafaam, but nerf Kel'Thuzad.
#Mobile
I love KT emotes so much
What do you think Mr. Bigglesworth?
Straff of crack?! Hahahahah best thing i've Heard all day
heigan the unclean is the most broken minion blizz has ever designed.
