    I’m glad you mentioned about not going crazy with a stockpile. It defeats the purpose of saving money if you’re going crazy buying every deal!

    Love your stockpile! I have to sometimes remind myself too of why I started to couponing. It wasn't because of an awesome and filled stockpile but to save lots of money on things that we use every single day. Things that don't expire too soon. And to be picky helps too, we really don't need to get every single deal.

    I would love to see more couponing tips for beginners!! I used to coupon, but I was so confused and couldn’t keep track. I really enjoy how you break things down, and I love your personality. ❤️❤️ thank you for the inspiration!

    I love your stockpile! And i cant wait til your next video. People look at me crazy cause i have alot of toilet paper and shampoo and conditioner. But i remember when i didnt have enough money to buy any or had to wait til next pay for thing i needed. I just started couponing about 2 months ago and i can say its helped out alot with saving money and i know i wont run out of things, cant wait til my stockpile looks full like yours. 😁

    Great stockpile tour! It's not too overwhelming for at least 2 years worth for a family. The only thing I would suggest is put some of the "about to expire" stuff in the front as you go and check those expiration dates on your makeup products. Clearance prices can be iffy on makeup, deodorant, and candies. Sometimes it's because they need to make space in the store and other times it's because something is about to expire soon.

    I really love this video. I started at the end of 2019 and I wish people understood how much I was saving...I've already paid off a high debt credit card with the extra money we have.... its changed my life for the better. And I only do the deals for products I love or for moneymakers that help pay for products I love😂

    I love your stockpile you have the kind I would like full of items that you don’t have to worry about expiring like paper products and hygiene products. Sometimes people get so consumed with stockpiling they forget that the food items they are holding onto don’t have a long shelf life🥺 I would love to see a expanded stockpile video in the future I enjoyed this one a lot

    Great stockpile Aly. I wish I have that much space to store my stockpile. I’ve also been couponing for a while now but I have a very limited space so I had to live off my stockpile for almost a year. I did a stockpile tour I think that was last year too lol. I am not sure how old your kids are but I would caution you on buying too many school supplies in advance. All of our teachers sent lists home with specific colors and brands that they wanted for each subject. Yes this was public school. But I would stock up on sticky notes, tissues, crayons and hand sanitizer for the classrooms. Those were the items teachers were always asking for. Great job providing for your family!

    My family often complains about my couponing because I have a mini stockpile already. But if I can get it between $2 and free I dont see a problem. Recently I have cut my spending down to around 20-30 a week and that includes food because of couponing. I also try to coupon the things that dont expire like deodorant because I have two sons, 2&4, and I'd like when the time comes to just be able to hand them hygiene supplies from my stockpile.

    • @CouponswithAlysia

      Yes, you just need an even number of items and coupons. So for instance you can't purchase 1 item and use 2 RR. You would need to purchase two items to use both RR. That's why I usually grab whatever candy is on sale to use as a "filler"

      I don't go to Walgreens often, but I do go to cvs often. People always ask how I keep at least $20-$30 in ecbs all the time while also using them to pay for most of my purchases.
      1-I find that the more I shop there the more crts I get. Pair the crts with other crts, manufacturers coupons, store sales that are also offering ecbs for purchasing said sale items. (Non manfctr cvs store coupons that can be paired with manfctr coupons, sales, and other crts. Ie...a $3 off $12 hair care crt, with a $3 off 2 items elvive crt, a $3 off Aussie crt, a $2 off Aussie manfctr cpn, a $2 off elvive manfctr cpn. Elvive is on sale 2 for $8 with a $2 ecb. Aussie on sale bogo 1/2 off with a $2 crt. I spend like $3 out of pocket but get $4 back in ecbs. Plus, my total before coupons goes toward my beauty rewards of spend $30 get $3 ecbs)
      2 knowing when and when not to buy certian things. I try to follow my own rule of never paying more out of pocket then 1/3 of the retail price. On top of paying that, if I am not getting back at least 80% of my out of pocket spending in ecbs it isn't worth it for me because I know if I can just wait it out a better deal will come along.
      I made an extra trip to cvs last night because I have 15 year old step daughter who is starting to get really upset about the new acne/breakouts she has been getting. I noticed I had a $9 off of $45 skincare for face/body crt. I also had several crts for olay and nuetrogena. Along with a $3 off of $10 crt for any Aveeno products...with some other crts. And manufacturers cpns for all items. My total was $63 before coupons and crts. After crts and coupons it was $19. I had ecbs to pay for it luckily, but for her I would have paid it out of pocket if I had to. I also got back $12 in ecbs and I will get $6 in ecbs for beauty club. So the ecbs I got back were like $1 and some change away from what I paid. And you can't beat that price for all of the facial cleanser, moisturizers, acne treatments, make up and cleansing wipes I got.

    • @bobbobber4309
      @bobbobber4309 4 роки тому

      It's also worth noting, I think, that when starting out it is good to be realistic about the ecbs or register rewards points. Sometimes, your first few transactions you should be willing to pay a little more out of pocket to get started collecting the rewards.
      The more you "practice" the more you will learn what works for you and what doesn't. But in order to roll those rewards into future purchases, you need to start getting them. And sometimes that means paying a few dollars more then maybe the total you see in a video or how-to.
      When you first get started its hard to do all of the free transactions or money makers that you see all the experts getting. You will want to do the same thing but I found it took practice. I had to accept at the beginning that my totals wouldn't always be close to nothing! But...was I saving my family money? Was what I was doing actually worth it? For me, it was. Looking back my first like 6 trips as a couponer are something that now I wouldn't repeat. However, it is what helped me get to where I am. It was a big trial and error training experience!

    • @bobbobber4309
      @bobbobber4309 4 роки тому +1

      Sorry to write you a novel. But if you have any specific questions, feel free to ask and I will do my best to offer any advice I can!
      I may not have a huge stockpile...but I don't have the space for one at the moment. I give all my extra stuff to my step daughters mother's home. She has herself, a 6 month old, my 13 & 15 year old step daughters, her husband and his two teenage sons. I keep about 6 months of stuff on hand for myself and my son. And send the girls home with stuff every weekend. Anything extra beyond that goes to my local women's shelter on a once a month basis. Some months are much better then others, but it's my way of helping the community!
