When my son was in Afghanistan, I sent him about one box of stuff every 4 days. I couponed like crazy. The PX at Camp Leatherneck was always out of basics - tp, tb, deodorant, soap, shampoo, razors. Marines would get off shift, stand in line for an hour or more just to find the shelves empty. I supplied him and about a dozen others. I sent the first week enough for 65 Marines to have a tb, tp, shampoo, multiple razors, shave cream, soap, floss and q-tips. After the initial send it was magazines, books, playing cards, personal care, snacks, tuna packets by the gross, and one Red Bull per week. It kept me too busy to worry about him driving over a landmine.

I am very proud of him and those he served with. Spending time with those who survived helps him with his PTSD. They stay in contact with each other as friends & support. He says the VA in Texas is great but the VA in Washington, DC/Baltimore is horrible to the point servicemen have committed suicide at the VA’s doors in pain and protest. My heart breaks for their pain and that of their families. May God soothe their souls.

Sarah stop apologizing for being low on your items it's okay. ... You only need what you have and need. We understand. I probably have just as much as you and I am overwhelmed because I don't have as much room as you and most of my stuff is is storage bins. But thanks for showing us your stock pile and home.
I have similar black shelves like yours, I put some cardboard on the shelves to stop the items from tipping over. Just cut down amazon boxes, cereal boxes, just put the print side down, any free cardboard you can find. Then the smaller items will "stand up" fine. I like the sturdy tote you said you got at Meijer with the lid. (Mostly because it looks like it would be stackable) Also, the dollar tree bins with the circles stack as well, the ridge on the edge allows them to stack. Don't worry about a variety of different containers, all the different sizes items fit better in certain containers, they don't need to match, just be useful!
Get the shallow collapseable bins from the DT for the deodorant. They stand up nice and I can pack them tight then stack the bins on each other

I got these little shelves with a built in pull out drawer at bed & bath to put under my bathroom sinks. Works amazing & stuff doesn't fall all over the place anymore.🤗

My Sis. Came yesterday, n we emptied bags, for 4 hrs, n seperated seasonal items n put away, n kinda tote organized 4 totes , n i have 2 shelving units I'm puttin things on, n i have jus my hubby n i got DT N DG baskets, n organizers, to also go in our 60's era ceiling 2 floor built in cabinets wit shelving in our bathroom for our faves n things to not give away or, sell in bundles... i also have a closet in my walk in office, stockpile, n my closet, n another for my husbands for his tools n this n thats too, when kids all moved away from home, we did our own room of his n hers walk in closets side by side n I'm in progress for them to be completed by end of spring to our personalities n excapes, or DIY'S Also.. n yes do Krogers megas n you'll be good to go in no time n stock dried goods n cans. I did there n DG n i know if for somethin unforseen comes, we wont starve by no means for atleast 2 months.. n i jus do lil few extra dollars a week n im shocked,... n impressed.. Putting all the deodorants, air fresheners, makeup, and razors are the perfect items to put in those little plastic dressers. Idk why I never thought of that, I'm definitely gonna copy cat you and use that idea. I'm OCD too, and it is hard to keep an organized stockpile. I keep a lot of my stuff in the huge blue totes(DG had the ones u can lock at the last clearance sale) that way I wont stress so badly about it staying neatly in place.
I understand about your closet items, I have a few things for just me that I wont come off of no matter what .. Persil, viva PT, and Dove body polishes

The body polish is all mine! No one gets it! Lol. No one called me a hoarder but a lot of people perceive couponers as hoarders.

ahhh yes, seller's remorse.. the feeling you get after looking at your stockpile after a big sell.. I feel you!! but we can't keep it forever and when you sell bundles that's what happens, that's how you make your money back to get more stuff, part of the fun is the chase right?.. love the videos thanks again

Thanks so much for showing us your stockpile! Mine is in a small closet in my master bath. I just have detergents, laundry stuff, cleaners and paper products. I try not buy random things that we don't use. I enjoy keeping my family stocked with what they need & share with close friends 🤗

The little clear/white hanging strip on the end caps of all stores is great for razor T.brush, sometimes if you ask the store will give away a couple, of course if u shop there lots

Love your stockpile! I have that same problem with deodorant. They’re currently on a shelf and they constantly fall over. Putting them in a drawer or bin is a good idea!
It’s highly annoying when they just keep going and everything is on the floor. 😩
