Thank you! These instructions were super helpful and easy to follow. I have a 2013 Kia Soul base model with manual side mirror adjustment but the instructions were the same. I was able to replace my window switch in about 20 minutes, start to finish. Instead of a pry bar, I used a caulk spatula and it worked great. Thank you!
Thank you you made my job a lot easier, my key latch attachment slipped off, it fell under my door handle and caused it to stick out the door would still open, but it was sticking out I thought that little latch had fell down in the door and after I took the door panel off and figured no it didn't it was attached up there so if that happens to y'all be sure to make sure you look in there because it's is attached but got it fixed !
Thank you so much for this video i looked for long time. but could you separated handler from interior door? My 2010 Kia have sticky surfy on it i have to remove and renew...
Thanks! My power windows all simultaneously went haywire. It's not the fuses. So I guess removing the door panel is the next step to troubleshoot the switches on my 2011 Kia Soul?
Does each window operate correctly when using the window switch for that specific window on the door panel. In other words, if you sit in the back seat and used the window switch from that seat, does it operate correctly? It seems like the Master switch panel on the drivers door panel possibly is malfunctioning.
The door handle trip will come out after removing the Phillips screw behind the handle. The window switch trim you will need to remove the door panel and access the screws from the inside that hold it in place. The door panel is very easy to get off
Hi! Nice vid! I have a dent that is able to be popped out on the driver's side! According to the person I've bought it from. They said that I may have to remove the door panel to pop it out. (I've tried other ways to pop it out from the outside but nothing works) Is it possible to remove just only the panel to pop the dent from the inside, or all of the other electrical stuff? Or would you just recommend me to get a new door overall? Thanks!
I would definitely get that door panel off and see what kind of access you have to the dent. That would also depend on where it is located. A new door would be very costly. If there is no paint damage from the dent and you are not able to do it yourself you may want to look for a reputable paintless dent repair.. Some of those guys can work magic.

If you are referring to the pull handle that opens the door from the inside of the car, yes it will unbolt from the actual door and you can replace it

Thank so much. I appreciate your support and help with this project 👍I can replace the main windows switch.
Can you not remove the handle/switch trim without removing the entire panel?

@@AZOverland2017 thanks!
Can the actual door pull be removed from the panel ro be replaced....mine is scratched on the one im buying
The window switch bezel (silver part in the video) can be changed. The rest of the door panel is 1 piece I believe.
@@AZOverland2017 Thanks.....do you own the kia you are working on? If so how do you like it? Has it been good to you?
Thanks for the video! Passenger side window switch is suspect, so this helps an infinite amount with steps to help my cause.
Great!
Excellent Video, Thanks to you, I'll change the window switch myself.
Greetings from Chicago!! 😄✌🏻

A little piece of Tape, Like 1/8" Wide Vinyl Tape, can catch the Flying Caps!
