Don Carlos and his crew came out and got me taken care of in no time!! I even had a kid installing the drywall!! We have so much progress going on, these houses are being built quick!! Great build dining room area is missing a window 🪟 walking upstairs is missing a window 🪟 living room area is missing two windows 🪟🪟 This house missed out on a lot of natural sunlight ❗ also you can tell that these homes will not have enough natural sunlight You seem kind of dark and dingy. Maybe next time when you build the same home in a different area at those windows and you will see the difference 😁

Great video. I usually don't enjoy "entrepreneur" type of videos, as they are often scammy and untruthful with a lot of stuff. But I do really enjoy yours. I see a 20 minute video, thinking that's kinda long, and watch through it in what feels like 3 minutes.
Also, sanding and cutting drywall with no respirators and no dust extraction is just dumb. They are very quick though, I'll give you that

Let’s get it! One question I have is why didn’t you insulate the garage?
The envelope (liveable space) of the house is securely insulated, so being that the garage isn’t necessarily serving a purpose besides holding the vehicle, it’s not common practice here where I’m at. Even in the hottest days of the summer, the garage temperature stays pretty good here.
@@NikosPropertyShow I was just wondering that because the garage is usually used for storage as well so you wouldn’t want things to freeze in the winter. Also, how much more would it cost to put a bit more insulation? It’s seemingly pretty cheap so it shouldn’t hurt to do.

The duplex I built rented for $1,900 a side so I’d say this house could rent for $2,350-$2,500 in my opinion (if not more). It’s in a central location to all of the city!!
