🦉📖 *. . .The day stretches out before you, blissfully empty of plans. Sitting at home isn’t an option on a day as beautiful as today, so you cycle slowly down the bike path towards the river, letting the fragrant air caress your face as you ride. You stop at a farm stand on your way; peaches are in season. When you get to your favorite spot on the river you walk your bike across the grass and spread out your picnic blanket in the dappled shade beneath some big leafy trees. The little river makes a pleasant burbling sound as it rolls along beside where you’re sitting; when you get close to it, you can feel a coolness radiating off the water into the summer air. On the hills in the distance, a windmill lazily rotates against the blue of the sky. You can just see a little herd of sheep lolling in the shade beneath a large tree, leisurely waiting for the heat of the day to pass. No one has any reason to hurry today. You slice up one of the peaches you bought-sweet and juicy-and gaze out at the scene before you: the trees, the flowers, the butterflies, the little bridge that casts a cool, dark shadow on the rippling water beneath. You open your book but the a languorous feeling overtakes you. You close your eyes and feel the warmth of the sun on your face, and let the sound of the singing birds above your head wash over you. When you open your eyes again, a brightly colored hot air balloon has drifted into view above the hill. You’re glad you remembered to bring your camera with you. This is a moment you will want to remember. . .*

Sometimes it's nice to get away from the coffee shops and the rainy days and follow the sound of the breeze and the birds to a warm and sunny, blissful place outdoors. Lying on the grass under big sky, watching clouds, breathing the breath of fresh wildflowers, and daydreaming. So Loving this.

I spent a lot of summer days as a kid just roaming around outside in the green countryside around my house. I channeled my best 🎨 Bob Ross to try and capture that lazy summer day feeling in this video. I hope it reminds you of happy summer memories too.

I'm so glad I searched and found this video. My nearly 2 month old baby girl had terrible colic. These seems to soothe her and keep her calm.
I'm also playing fire crackling sounds on her sound machine at the same time. So, she's really in her own summertime paradise right now. It's the quietest she's been this whole time. This ambient video is really a life saver.

I grew up in the countryside in a house that used to be a water mill, so this sound, especially with the stream, reminds me of summer break when I was a kid! So many great memories, thank you

Omg, i can't imagine how wonderful must be! I wonder how a water mill was turned into a house tho. Did they just remove the mill itself?
@@quite_ripoff4640yes they did! My great grandparents bought the water mill in ruins in the 40s and renovated it to live there. The big round grinding stones are still in the yard as decoration but other than that it's a just a normal house, only next to a stream 😊

I've used this vid dozens of times for studying and I just noticed the details at the beginning, the animation (or film?) of biking down the path, and how you can actually hear the sound of the bicycle as you approach the picnic spot and you can hear someone shaking out the picnic blanket. So well done!

WOW! I freaking love this! I didn't think I needed/wanted something like this because I am a winter, blizzard, fireplace-type gal. But I always have to check out to see what you put out and I think this is perfection for those who love spring/summer, or who just want to hear nature at her finest. I can say with certainty that I've never seen anything like this before on YT. It seems wholly unique and I am here for it! I am also a big reader and each season I have a stack of books that "go" with the season and having this on while reading my summer selections is such a gift. Thank you!

I definitely needed more of a "springy" feeling (don't know if it actually makes sense in English ahaha). Anyway, the sun, the wind, the water, everything green, is exactly what I have the chance to live in when I am in my parents' house. Now that I am studying in my small apartment in the city, it is way more difficult to find peace. Thank you for doing this. Always a pleasure to discover another universe you made.

I live next to the sea, and many people would envy me for it, but the sea never inspired me as much as the forest, meadows, the mountains and rivers do.
