    After operating various rock crushers for over 30 years I'm most impressed by efficiency of the grizzlies in the feeder. Very effective and clean running,

    Awesome video awesome blasted limestone being crushed and stockpiled like the view, no boring music to listen to and no drone footage like that. Keep up the good work

    This is a really well set up process. Huge boulders go bouncing through it no problem, and the crusher will eat anything that fits into its mouth.

    I worked at a company that did big roller work for metso. Stuff that was about 3" thick and about 20' in diameter. Before shipping we would also weld it shut at the seam.

    I watched the conical kind at the Lafarge plant in Exshaw, Alberta many yrs ago. It's not a hole you want to fall into

    Actualmente trabajo en una empresa de fundación... Es donde aprendí y conocí mucho de estos materiales.... Aprendí como se moldea y se funde cada pieza

    Your camera might have a 50/60 Hz selection for flicker reduction hiding in a menu somewhere.

      It does indeed pal, there’s a light shining just behind the jaw of the crusher that’s what you can see flickering mate

    Incredible power when the large rock was dislodged followed by several large stones I thought it would jam it did not its brilliant !
    This is how you clear massive rubble that's filled with giant boulders I've never seen this process from this angle it's so cool !
    Men make awsome stuff that works amazingly.
    Jesus Is Lord but this thing is Boss !
    Sorry for the blasphemy .

    高度な工業社会においてそうあるべき高効率のシステムと資本。

    Just perfect!! Operated crushing plants both jaw and cone. A big jaw like this is always a thrill. How big are the dies? Thanks for the opportunity to see this!!

    Would have been nice to actually see what it is doing w/o another load of rocks obscuring the action.

    • @davidhynes
      @davidhynes Рік тому +4

      They use a load of smaller rocks as a wedge and it helps break the bigger chunks from bouncing around. I worked in an underground crusher in the 1970s, the rock would travel on a conveyor belt to the bin near the Mine Shaft and skip to the surface.

    • @donalfinn4205
      @donalfinn4205 Рік тому +4

      I don’t see any rocks being crushed. Just rocks jumping around.😡

    • @davidhynes
      @davidhynes Рік тому +2

      When I worked in an Underground Crusher in Lynn Lake Manitoba in the 1970s, when we had big rocks stuck between the jaws we also used an iron Wedge on a chain, We sled the wedge long side the rock and the jaws and it would give it more friction and grab and break the rock.

      @@semoneg2826choke feeding a jaw crusher is the way to get material thru it most efficiently. Ran one for many yrs and it's good to see proper loading instead of flapping jaws.
