Yes. For new bonds - they have higher yields because they are issued at higher interest rates
For older bonds, the bond price drops as investors seek more value (these bonds may also see some selling pressure as investors move to newer bonds issued at higher rates). With a drop in bond price, assuming coupon rate remains the same, the bond yield rises.
