How about a grader attachment for a skid steer? Because you can grade driveways and pads too...

I'm a big time union guy best decision I made joing operators. But how does it play out when you make you're company union vs non union cons and pros????

I've heard from multiple business owners that the union is pretty brutal. I've had two separate individuals tell me it was the worst decision they made for their company. Both paid their guys over scale and offered benefits before they joined the union so it's not like the employees were getting a huge benefit over what they were already offering them.

Any advice Bryan I’m going to be getting into a union company as an apprentice and I have a 2 week probation to see if I’m a good fit any advice for me?

Keep your head down, bust your ass and keep your phone in your pocket. Nobody will judge on your lack of knowledge, you're an apprentice. They will judge you heavily for standing around watching people work and being on your phone. Good luck brother! Have fun!

I’m getting medically retired out of the marine corps soon. I was planning on going to a Heavy equipment operator college after paying with my gi bill. Would that be the smartest for me to get into this industry ?

Skip the school and save your money. Companies would rather hire someone and train them up instead of getting someone with bad habits from a school with instructors who have never operated on real job sites.
