Yeah I believe na anxiety and depression also caused by hormonal imbalance, medical issues, etc., aside sa traumas (mostly family problems) kase ever since I experience anxiety nung 2018, first panic attack was terrible to the point I asked my lola and auntie to slap me hard ilang beses, because blur talaga yung moment na yun, I have no idea why I was panicking, para akong lost, parang nightmare, worst experience for me tbh. Pero after kong masanay kase sunod2 yung panic attacks, inalam ko ano yung cause ng experience, hindi easy pero I never stop on looking for scientific reasons, hanggang sa hindi ko na na e'experience, occasionally na lang. But I'm kinda glad I experienced it kase that was the time na I discovered myself again, and also God. So if it ever maranasan yo ng ibang tao, just don't give up. Always pray, kase it works. Just always try to look on the brighter side. Wala namang permanenteng problema sa mundo, lastly di ka nagiisa. 💛

Minsan magugulat k n lng Ang layu m na sa dating ikaw; to the point n ayaw m n ng kausap at magexist. Nagrereflect din ung mental health nten sa physical health, its shows on our eyes. Kahit pilitin nten maging masaya malungkot pren ung mga mata nten . Please don't lose hope with god mercy! All of that may reason to strengthen our souls and our well being I guess. I'm listening all of your song !! Keep inspiring people out there battling with mental hnd k nagiisa. Support!

Somehow there is a part of you Po that illuminates the unseen side of myself, the down side actually. Things that seems always go unseen and unheard pero buti na lang natutunan ko ang self love. Like you po during pandemic and during depress episodes ko, in order to cope up kahit walang makausap, I just watch yt videos about physchological matters that mentally and emotionally healing. So ayun lang po.
