- This is the end of the Klaus trilogy. I was expecting some lore revelations for the Xenoblade games, I was NOT expecting the lore we got... Watch me lose my sanity and the ability to form coherent thoughts.

I absolutely love the irony of the radio scene, of Na'el talking about how perfect the world is as the radio talks about a human rights bill failing to pass through the government. Also the radio had a Vector logo on it as well

Xeno has an extensive track record of this sort of stuff.
Also for those who played Xenosaga they name drop one of the villains, so people who know, remember, and are perceptive get the message of this irony even further, since it is showcasing how even in the "perfect world" people who do harm exist and cause trouble. Just like Metal Face, Amalthus, and D are examples of this type of harmful people in each XC.
I also had a mini heart attack when I saw Dmitri Yuriev's name. You're not alone there.

I hope they remake the Xenosagas, now that takahashi has the big Daddy nintendo backings, hopefully he can absolutely tell the true complete story of Xenosaga.
The database in Xenosaga Episode III does say KOS-MOS becomes a blue light at the end of episode III so I don’t think we have to worry about it not being her. Though if a Saga remaster/remake doesn’t happen I’m sure all we will get is her being referred to as the thing that fell from the sky. I’m praying this won’t be the case.
Also Dimitri Yuriev was directly mentioned by name, a main antagonist of Xenosaga. He lived eternally by finding a new body to put his consciousness into, so it makes sense that he was alive all this time.

There's nothing that gets me hyped and in my feelings quite like this series
Honestly what catches me the most was Rex’s throw away that core crystals take priority in hereditary traits.
There is… so many things this can be used for…
Well from what I understand, the core crystal just seems to be strictly appearance, within Aionios at least. People with flesh eater cores still die at normal age. But in the combined world, this might indeed have big implications.

I'm so glad I didn't get spoiled on that ahead of time because it was the last thing I would've expected.
Super curious as to how they'll handle the Xenosaga situation, as you said a remaster/retelling, I could see it go either way (but I'm kinda hoping for a retelling with more modern gameplay and audio/visual cohesion across the 3 episodes)
I just got 100% for this game a week ago and since then, I've been trying to find people who genuinely care about this franchise and see the look on people's faces for everything Future Redeemed does is extraordinary. I can only wish that more people share their reactions because it's such a small fandom but they always put a smile on my face. The future for Xeno has never looked so bright.

Crazy reaction on the Yuriev Name drop, that was fun to watch (for what I remember, I just straight up laught really hard when I played that part and heard the "Yuriev" name xD).
I love how they're trying to connect the Xeno universes to make it look like one huge thing, maybe Takahashi'll be able to finish Xenosaga story after all !
That's funny but, after the end of the DLC, I felt like Takahashi was finally winning a chess game that he started 25 years ago ^^'

It’s great to see such a huge Xeno fan like myself react like crazy to the radio revelations and ending. I do think that Xenosaga and Xenoblade are canon to eachother now because of the Vector logo on the radio and Dmitri Yuriev name drop which freaked me the fuck out like I was in another reality haha. It’s important to note that Namco Bandai are listed for special thanks in FR’s credits and Xenosaga and Namco are also present in the Intellectual Properties of Future Redeemed/Xenoblade 3 so there’s some evidence to suggest the two series are canon. There is also the database entry from Xenosaga Episode III which mentions

Takahashi is not one to not follow up on his stories haha just look at the song Moebius from Xenogears which gives word for word the plot of Xenoblade 3. I’m not sure about Xenoblade X myself but Rhadamanthus, Aaeceus, and Minos are all listed in the Xenoblade 2 lore page that came with the Siren artifice model kit. Since we now know Dmitri Yuriev was working for Minos and likely the Saviorite Human rights thing is similar to Xenosaga’s U.R.T.V. Designer children. This could be a reimagining of Yuriev or a retcon of his story. I really enjoyed your reactions though! 😅
Woah! I had no idea there was a different version of Small of two pieces under the name Möbius. There's so much to Xenogears it makes my head spin. Glad you enjoyed my reactions. And whether they're reimagining Yuriev or retconning, we're eating good as Xeno fans.
Just played through Xenosaga series. So apparently Dmitri Yuriev was a designer child, like the others in Saviorite (or Salvator as they’re referred to in Saga). He was the only survivor of experiments involving the UMN and U-DO, and gained the power of consciousness hopping to boot. So basically that’s how he survived. What happened with Nigredo was one example.
Just as Sellers said, Yuriev is the original Salvator.

Yeah the ending felt almost meta in that way. As if Takahashi wanted to say that all the games that have been made by him will not be left behind but rather that they are part of the future.

It's crazy to know that Lucky Seven from the rec3nt interview from last week, they said, Sword of the End is Malos that N has, and Lucky Seven is Fiora, the same old hidden party members.
How thie works is pretty simple. Everything and mostly a part of orgin are avatars. Their world is a mix of data realities.

Meanwhile Yuriev will probably either be XC4's major villain being immortal through something (core crystals?) or relevant to the next saga (imagine Dimitri Yuriev saga lol) with him being the one behind the whole Fogbeast stuff. In the other hand they can also straight up make XC4 be a Xenosaga crossover with a new cast of characters but with KOS-MOS being the game's waifu(like Aegis, Mio and A) and Yuriev as the major source of the issues(like Zanza)
When you hear that radio broadcast..when you realize everything has come full circle...you don't get many moments like that in gaming...or fiction in general.

Its been a long time I didn't feel like this when I am playing jrpg's
So has it been established if the memory the team enters is A’s memory and not Alpha’s. Doesn’t A possess the same memories as Alpha? The scene is very “accidental Encephalon dive” coded, which is a very Xenosaga thing.
From what I've seen, A is Alvis's memories while Alpha is the power and control. this probably happend because Ontos lost the balance the other cores provided.

In terms of other series to get into, the Trails saga is what some people would also consider kinda Peak, so if you're looking for an alternate series to get into, that could be a good (and lengthy) way to fill the void until the plot twist that the blue blur wasn't KOS-MOS, but Dimitri just making his way back to earth for round 2
I've tried multiple times to get into Trails to no avail. Maybe one day I'll get into it

I'm not planning on doing a playthrough for Xenosaga, if you want a good playthrough of someone who knows what they're talking about, look up the UA-camr Enel. He has a playlist of his playthrough of the saga games.
If you want to know more about the series, I recommend watching Luxin's videos. He has very good videos explaining stuff from all the games.

I think they'll stick with the Xenoblade naming scheme because they're trying to build the brand, but I believe they'll get rid of the Chronicles subtitle and call it something else. My current prediction is "Xenoblade Voyage".
@@Weelum if they’re working with Xenosaga’s developers, I’m actually partial to the idea that we might get a Xenosaga remaster, in an environment where Xenoblade is a better known name (as opposed to an environment where JRPGs barely sell in the west unless it’s a Pokémon game). Perhaps titled Xenoblade Saga, to play on the fact that, while a far different setting, is now implied to share the same universe.

Also, this city is on the equator, since the Siren set confirmed that all 3 Beanstalks were on the equator. Most likely in South America in a United States-owned section. Yes Klaus was Ontos’s driver.
Klaus and Meyneth took on the roles as the avatars for Logos and Pneuma.
Ontos then answered to them.
Since Klaus was like "well maybe I fucked up", Ontos listened and acted accordingly.
Wouldnt call that being a driver.

Rex said "Only if those two were here" that "those two" doesn't only apply to Pyra/Mythra(pneuma) but also Logos(Malos). The next shot further proofs this. Right after that, it shows both the gloves and the sword with the distinct color of the pneuma(green) and logos(purple), while both "A" and Rex are in shock that "those two" were here all the time
further evidence is your timestamped scene when Rex said They wouldn't bat an eyelid at helping, the next shots are again showing the sword and the gloves which are also categorized as a blade/sword as weird as that may be

Far as i know, it's never mentioned that XCX's humans are from the same Earth as Klaus's earth
If they don't want to play with multiverse or retcon XCX in a remaster they can say that X's humans ended up reaching the planet which XC4 happens
And If you want to make it more accurate to the chronology, the alien wars can be taken afther XC3 in a distant galaxy/planet but humans end up finding the new "Lost Jerusalem"(the new Xenoblade world) and Dimitri Yuriev might be relevant to the next game too, nobody would name drop him without a major reason lol
They also mention that afther the world blow up all they saw was an explosion of light, with that said, it's totally possible for them to use this as a way to justify earth not actually have been destroyed but something else

No Xenoblade Chronicles x happened in the original Claus world when the white whale was launch the experiment happened and the split of the world began

I think the main trouble you were having with the Nikol and Glimmer fight against Rex and Shulk is that it's a lot better to control Glimmer in that fight. Relying on the AI to heal consistently can be a bit rough at times.
This! Controlling Glimmer makes t0he fight way more manageable and focusing down Rex first helps too.
So..big question...WHO THE HELL TOOK THE PHOTO OF NOAH AND MIO WITH THE BABY? Is there a 3rd person that we just never were shown at that building?

The fight with shulk and rex is you have a better time playing as glimmer then nikol. You are less likely to be targeted as the tank is drawing the aggro.
At that point in my initial playthrough I had put 0 investment into Glimmer and Nikol. But by my second playthrough I knew better than that and used Glimmer, Had no issues with that fight
Now that I think about it, Future Redeemed would have been a way better name for Future Connected since it's Melia redeeming herself in the eyes of her people, and Future Redeemed is literally connecting the Xeno titles to the Blade ones. Kinda a fumble there tbh.

The name is perfectly deserved considering it’s pretty much attempting to Redeem all that came before Xenoblade and does so with gratuitous fanservice of the best kind.
It connected Saga, and became its own iteration of Gears while providing a fantastic finale to the Klaus saga.
As well as providing hints to the franchise’s future.
Redeemed indeed.
If you're looking for other franchise to stream, why not try Kingdom Hearts, if you haven't already. I know a few other streamers who are very passionate about that franchise among other franchises.
