Made this in the span of 3 days or so. I've had thoughts about doing something with Morpheus and one of Kate Siegel's characters, eventually settling upon Viola when I revisited the series; her bought of 'waking, walking, and sleeping' was the perfect kind of piece I needed to make this work. A bit ambition of a project since she's really only in one episode, but I'm rather pleased with the yielded results from this. The only downside to editing Viola's episode is it being predominately in black in white, but I managed; stepping out of my comfort zone with it, I suppose.

- storyline:
Once upon a time, long ago, Morpheus, the Lord of Dreams beheld a woman whose dreams seem to evade her, Viola Lloyd; it was love at first sight. Time, as it often is, is not kind to this couple, stealing away Viola one day after battling illness for years on end, of which Morpheus could not interfere. Her stubbornness, as it did when she was alive, transforms her into a ghostly figure of the Dreaming, remaining within the home she grew up in and spent time fondly with her Endless husband. Morpheus, knowing the consequences if she stays, demands she return to the Dreaming. She refuses, scorning her beloved to curse her to the endless cycle of waking and sleeping she was once plagued with.
A century would pass and as she remained in her cursed routine, she eventually came to beheld her beloved once again, though the circumstances have greatly changed; he, too, was a prisoner of this house that was once her home. Unable to free him and left to relive the pain of his betrayal, the two endure a vicious torture of the heart again and again.
Morpheus is free from his imprisonment within time, while Viola is left to haunt the grounds, eventually forgotten to time. Relaying these memories to Matthew, the regret he feels for what he has done to Viola lives in the place he once felt great love for her.
