Almost impossible. :) But indeed... That was really funny back in ~1984... when we used to play this stage in a monochrome TV, and we totally, absolutely didn't understand the point, and the reason why the character has died so many times. Once, we got success, and we didn't understand how that could be possible. :) Later, playing the game on a color television, it has been revealed that this stage is about piranhas, that must be avoided while swimming. Much much easier to complete... :D
@@SoldierOfSunrise Hahaha! I had the same experience. Got to that level and thought, this is stupid - why do I keep dying when I can’t see the threat? Finally played it on a colour TV and realised what the issue had been 😂
The most funy thing is that home video entertainment in the first half of the eighties was still black and white. I ALSO played this on a B&W TV. I even watched the 1986 football world cup (which was held - connection to Aztecs - in Mexico :)) on a black and white TV. Fun fact - it is still a legacy from the black and white broadcasts that one of the teams must wear a definitely light color, the other a definitely dark one.
The format was created for the C64 (or 8 bit Atari CPU), and is deduced from the elementary graphics, but the clarity of the screens is evidently "signed" Amiga!
last level is like a fever dream but that's good cause you know when you reach it that if they allow themselves such bullshit it must truly be the end of the game, it has it's style
Hey gidi yıllar hey.. ne oynardık bu oyunu.. az kol kırdırmadı bize bu oyun 🥺❤
Çok yaramazdın sen ama küçükken hatırlıyorum :D
I think it is one of the few games that I actually managed to finish on the C64 back then. Thanks to the checkpoints between each phase. 😊
Played piranha level on a black and white TV? IMPOSSIBLE!

Super hard game back then
That last level is so weird, especially the choice of Middelburg as the city is so random.
not random man, this shit was created in metropolis Middelburg more then 30 years ago;)
@@christianblaha36Really? That's so cool to hear as I'm Dutch.
I could never get to the last episode
