I know you’ve said before about not wanting to take any pills etc and honestly I was the same for a few years, but once you find the right one for you that doesn’t mess with your hormones or whatever else (if you can’t find one then you could just come off) if you take it continuously (which you’re allowed to do) you’ll get no more periods and life will be so much easier sometimes. I used to have such heavy periods that would ruin at least 3 days a month of being completely tired and in pain but I don’t have to deal with it anymore!
top tip ana: use the whole bolognese to make one big pasta sauce then freeze the other portions! then u can defrost it whenever u want it and no waste
I used to get the same thing with feeling like everyone was watching me. One thing I found that helped was doing the 54321 exercise. Basically you think and focus on 5 things you can see, 4 things you can hear, 3 things you can touch, 2 things you can smell and 1 deep breath in and out. It really helped me with my anxiety and kept me grounded. I know this is more for panic attacks but it definitely helped with this problem xx

Hello Ana!
Just wanted to let you know, that you can freeze down the meat and it'll be good for much longer than if you just keep it in the fridge. If you freeze it. Minced meat can hold 2 months longer, smoked meat for 4-6 months longer, chicken is 8-10 months and beef is 10 months. That way you won't have to worry as much about getting it eaten straight away

Thats anxiety .. i use to be like that and would never go out by myself , even to the local shop 2mins away id take 1 of my kids .. but over the last 5 years ive gotten so much better with it, i still have some bad days 2/7 but its better than what it was x

Since ive kept my rose quartz crystal on me it has helped my anxiety when im out going to shops/walks etc!! Remember to take them in before the sun has risen too much as the sun takes the moonlight charge away again! Xx

A tip for tanning make sure you shower 12 hours before tanning as it changes the PH, your tan will be the best and darkest if you do this I used to love bondi sands but I now use effin tan and omg it would never go back ! You should definitely try it xx
