The new Indian Army camo pattern does looks good and more effective than the previous one. Because the pixelated camo is smaller and better at blending than the large pattern of old camo (noticeable especially at close). Just issue them with proper plate carrier vest and modern helmet (ACH / FAST), they will look even more complete. Greetings from Indonesia 🇮🇩🇮🇳
Actually the truth is The Armour plates are issued as per mission. And most of the personnel avoid wearing Bullet proof vests with Armour plates and Heavy helmets in regular duty
Thats why Indian Army placed order for Light Bullet proof vests (Bha Bha Kavach) for Regular duty and specialized vests for War like situation

This is ridiculous. Indian Army needs to update its UC course from the dark ages. This Akshay kumar stuff is highly unrealistic, but then again, these skills are not really needed in modern warfare.
Actually, hand to hand combat is actually needed in Close Combat condition and Gurilla Warfare, even in Modern Warfare.
@@Skylark241 not really. The Indian Army has no 'guerrilla warfare' scenarios where they would need to ever fight without weapons. They conduct mostly Counter Insurgency and Jungle Warfare operations which do not require any of these skills, this is why they have not been updated. If they were using had to hand combat even rarely then they would not be practicing this bullshit. They would quickly realise that real fighting does not involve flying kicks and kip ups.
This martial art skill is still practical in emergency. Especially in infiltration mission and take down the guards without using firearms. But if you mean the 80s Bollywood action hero acts perform during national day, like disassembling a Jeep or breaking a brick with head.. then yes.. it is highly ridiculous, no practical purpose.
@@Cyan_Nightingale not really. What you are talking about is called 'sentry silencing' in the army. That requires wrestling skills not this kung fu type thing. See what the US army does. They do realistic MMA and Jiujitsu based stuff. Not this.
