How to join to learn meditation or kriya
From the little knowledge that I have, I would like to share that, Kundalini yoga, doesn’t awaken just one chakra.
Kundalini is a Shakthi, the dormant energy at Mooladhara chakra, and the Kundalini yoga/ meditation will activate and enable that energy to rise from the mooladhara chakra and go upwards passing through all the chakras.
Only by activating each and every chakra this energy will move upwards and pass through all the chakras.
Therefore, it has different stages and only the final stage is watching the Sahasrara.
