I have one common question as most of international students coming from NON EU NATIONS have that Is RED-WHIT-RED CARD a proof of permanent residence means can we live lifetime over here in austria on basis of red white red card and if not how can we get permanent ifetime residence of austria? And what is EU BLUE CARD is it compulsory to get blue card in order to live lifetime in austria?

I'm about to change jobs, in cities like Linz there are many jobs available but this is a workers city and it relies way less on tourism alone.
