As someone who lives in the UK, I can say you'd be very much liked here ♡ Scotland is absolutely beautiful, plenty of castles! You'd adore Edinburgh, it's quite a gothic city, plenty of history and has a huge castle overlooking the entirety of the city.

I then feel like the space is friendlier bc it's full of my own wholesome aura. Maybe this would help you with your basement.

The only ghost story I came across was when I was 15-16. I grew up in Hamilton, Ontario and worked at the first Wendy’s in Canada-I was 15 when I started there in 1991 and I believe it opened in 1976 so it had been at that location for a while. It was on Upper James and Mohawk Rd which was a very busy intersection on the Hamilton Mountain. We were all told that a young girl had been hit by a car and brought into the restaurant to wait for the ambulance but ended up dying and had haunted the place ever since. To be fair, strange things did happen sometimes: the hand dryers would start on their own in the customer bathrooms (these were the ones you had to push to start-it was the ‘90’s) and the coffee maker would start and stop on its own. We’d just tell each other, ‘That must be Christine’. It was very creepy to be alone in the back at midnight when closing down for the night. I think I might research into whether or not a girl *did* actually die in the restaurant. I am up in Northern Alberta now but I suspect Hamilton is full of ghosts.
Oh forgot to mention, I would really like to read your book. Warwick is my Alma mater and a town I used to live in. It’s totally gorgeous and it’s home of Warwick Castle which is amazing. Also it’s a surname of someone I used to work with. In Scotland we are big on castles but it’s actually Wales that has the most castles per square mile so you should visit too;)

As for your personal experience, I immediately thought about one of my favourite song by Tori Amos called “precious things” and there is a part that says: “little fascist panties tucked inside the heart of every nice girl”. Teenage girls can be one of the worst creatures one can ever encounter. Boy, I was weird as a teenage girl and in many ways I still am, but I was never vicious, at least not on purpose as recollections may vary;). But I had my own share of gaslighting and something that in my youth we didn’t really have a name for, but what today would be probably called bullying. So I really feel you and that story of yours. Stay safe!

I had prayed to God in the shower hours ago just before going to sleep. Weird, hope not lol!? I had asked God to join me in my dreams to speak with me as I have been so lost... He did! I asked him to speak with me about which path I should take. Apparently he wants me to go to Ukraine. I just find it a little ironic considering the fact that I just jumped up out of my sleep mid dream saying oh hell no, not to him but to how you were treated. I'm really sorry that happened. P.S. I'll kick shivers ass on a spiritual level if he touches your hair.
Sounds like the girls were being bully’s at that age I had situations when I was young where some girls I was friends with would team up and pick on me like make me do things or try to scare me etc
