Process Make Tofu Skin from Soybeans - Cook for children | Hoang Huong

A delicious dish made from soybeans that is probably still unfamiliar to many people is Tofu Skin. The method is not too complicated, but it takes a lot of time.
First, I need to wash the soybeans and soak them overnight to enlarge the soybeans. The next morning, I will grind the soybeans with a stone mill. This step will take a lot of time and effort, because it is ground manually. After grinding the soybeans, I will have to filter the bean residue. For this step, I will use a white cloth bag to filter. After filtering, I will put the bean juice into the pan to boil. When the soy water is hot, the surface will form a yellow layer. That class is Tofu Skin. Then I will gently lift the Tofu Skin layer up to dry. This way it will be preserved for a long time. After picking up a layer of Tofu Skin, the bean water in the pan automatically forms a new layer. So this step is also quite easy. After drying Tofu Skin, I will take my two daughters to the farm and cook dishes from Tofu Skin for them. With Tofu Skin, it can be processed into many delicious dishes. Like the two dishes in the video I shared. The first dish is spring rolls made with Tofu Skin, while the second dish is stir-fried Tofu Skin. With extremely familiar and easy to find ingredients. However, it is also quite strange, so some people will not like it, but sometimes we should try new dishes, right?
