That green boat at 10:15 is the same one I found in the mangroves right after the refugees that came over on it abandoned it. I did a video showing it back in April. Guess I know where it ended up.
Steve, that was such an awsome ride. That's why I love the keys. You'll always find a new spot created or undiscovered. I hate seeing boats, that were once beautiful, just sitting there destroyed. But I guess that's what makes those spots interesting.😎 🎣 🙏
I visit Marathon 1-2 times a year and usually stay right next to Boot Key. I've always wanted to explore around there but it's too shallow for the rental boat. Glad to get a close up look. Thanks for the tour Steve!
Just placed my second order, both orders filled and shipped within 24 hours Nice job Steve I had to order some stuff because I’m enjoying your videos so much, just found your channel 2 months ago
In Hawaii there are tons of urchins everywhere and it sucks when you get spinned they break off very easy. We also have bonefish no permit or tarpon though.
Have you every considered getting a insta360 or dji's 360 degree camera? Would've been very cool if we could choose our own angle to look. Still a cool ride. Thanks
This was a very cool video. Love seeing the channels, like at Book Key, as well as the off shore areas. Have to wonder if nefarious things happen back there, lol. Interesting that someone would put a monument on a small lump of land like that. Probably the Boot Key Yacht Club. Any members here? If they had the forethought to bring the materials for the signage, it might be a regular party spot. Next time, leave a note!
Great video Steve, we’ve been watching you for years. I was wondering if you’ve come across any crocodiles around the middle to lower keys, don’t believe I’ve seen you come across any? I’ve heard of sightings there around boot key.
Me and my dad are In marathon I am a big fan of you and we have a boat and we are inviting you to come fishing with us you can make videos if you want make a video of this and say if you want to or not Because your one o GG my favorite fishing youtuber
Steve, thanks for the video. Coming here tomorrow with my piranha and you have really sped up my learning curve. I’m aware of your on line services but what if I’m in Marathon? Are you set up for retail?
U will never land a tarpon on vudu shrimp. The hooks are way too dull and a tarpons mouth is all bone. I have hooked many but the hook always comes out.
I'm pretty sure I heard a banjo playing back by the boat graveyard...
And a human sounding like a crazy pig ;)

that's awesome, I just checked out your video and that's so cool, it's amazing that that boat is still floating.
Fishing in paradise…thanks for sharing!

14:34 the boat being shown half sunk looks like the boat used to find the gold ship Atocia. that treasure is on display in Key West at a museum.
LOVE YOUR CHANNEL we've been watching all your videos lol

I love these expeditions in to all the nooks and cranys of the keys.
❤I love you a lot, you talk with the fish, judge the political attitude, you are such a thing. I wish you the best. Belchertown - Massachusetts.
I miss hearing your “it’s a beautiful day in the Florida keys”, felt like that was your catch phrase.
I saw a moray eel in those mangroves that you were fishing at the beginning. Super cool to watch it chase bait.
Friend lives a few blocks from sombrero I love that area
Wish I was exploring down there now ! Enjoy !
Just placed my second order, both orders filled and shipped within 24 hours
Nice job Steve

Good adventure. Reminded me of my flats days. The grave yard would be spooky at night.
He should do a Halloween episode there. Creepy af

I think the guy in the boat said "all about the bait". Love the video. Awesome job.
amazing video, I wish to be there again. Greetings from Warsaw, Poland
Boot key looks cool as hell. I would love to get a bike on there and ride around.
Thanks Steve for a beautiful tour 👍 Viva Cristo Rey 🙏
Thanks for sharing.
Would love to see more catch clean and cook of Mangrove snappers

No sudden burst of silenced semi-automatic fire, so, Sweet.

Cubans made it there the other day after a week of paddling when the motor quit,
Also, have you considered using circular polarizer filters to help remove some of the reflections and stray light?

Steve what's up with fishing

Such a cool video. If it weren’t for the bugs , I could get use to it. Cheaper than the rest of the Keys
Wonder why they closed the bridge going to Boot Key?
Found any dead bodies floatin by?
Will a nurse shark actually get aggressive if there’s no food or bait that they’re going after?
The tonal quality of your voice is very similar to that of Don Knotts. I bet that you could do a good Barney Fife impersonation if you tried.
I'd love to watch more of this video, but I'm getting motion sickness from the rapid back and forth motion of your camera.
do you think the realisticness of the Vudu shrimp helps when the water is real clear
Yeah for sure
Do you have any cuda tubes for sale in any shops? I’ll be in marathon next week
will those Tarpon hit a large Vudu shrimp

I was there about a week ago. Too bad this was published after that.
I’ve never seen anyone shoo away a tarpon lol
das raysis!
Subbed
Skunked ;)
I could swear I heard banjo music when you went up that channel... watch your booty Steve 😏 there's probably a reason why they call it pirate Island.
Smugglers creek.
