Im a widow in my 75 years and looking behind I saw how negligent I was, but I pray to our Father will help my children to came back to God, thank you for this lesson, many many blesses brothers and sisters... from Brasil São Paulo .
Im 60 now and I feel the same way concerning my children and the things I could have taught them and shared about the Lord and did not.
I do pray that your prayers be exhausted! I am having a one year daughter, how I pray that I will be able to raise her according to heavenly standards!

I am so thankful for Proverbs 23:13 & 14 that supports beating / spanking children in order to save them from hell. Beating isn't abuse. Beating prior to a love relationship between parent and child is salvific.
Green Pasture - The rod does not have t be physical. Use your imagination, please. There are other forms of using the rd of correction.
@@theway5563 I agree there are multiple ways of punishment. However beating is the method that saves children's soul from hell. Hell which is a very physical place where the is weeping and gnashing of teeth. The word "rod" in its original meaning is physical. I'm thankful for the beatings that I got growing up.
