Looks like they'd be able to make a good light of they fixed those issues on a version 2. Although as kind of a flashlight guy I'm always wary of anything with built in batteries.

Great review. The other issue, knowing whether the light is on or not, if the chrager was a transparent/clear plastic, that would help.
