@@Moe_ssbI was so focused on the humming bird that I forgot that I can just use the bwand after. Slink skip without wheel is new. I probably should have found it earlier but it's a really garbage strat. I'm using the most liberal definition of low% possible and therefore I consider permanent health upgrades as %, and you need multiple groundhog hearts to skip lantern without wheel. I'm counting the 9 items I obtain as the bwand, disc, mdisc, yo-yo, lantern, and 4 flames. It's not like there's community consensus though because this isn't serious.
